Maui Sunset is een fantastische oceaan woning in Kihei dat weelderige tropische landscaping, groot zwembad dat is tijdens de wintermaanden, hot tub, gas grills, fitnesszaal en tennisbanen op het strand voor uw gebruik verwarmd heeft. De gasten hier terugkeren jaar na jaar, die veel over deze eigenschap zegt. Windsurf, walvissen kijken, lopen het strand en te genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen.
Voor reserveringen op dezelfde dag (wat betekent aankomst binnen 24 uur na het maken van de reservering) is een oproep naar Rentals Maui vereist ter bevestiging.
Unit A-117 is een begane grond 1 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Het heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een wasmachine en een droger, een raam in zowel de hoofdslaapkamer als de woonkamer en plafondventilatoren. Daarnaast is er gratis high speed draadloos en gratis langeafstandsgesprekken naar Canada en de VS Vasteland.
Unit A-117 heeft een flatscreen-tv met digitale kabel, een dvd-speler, een queensize bed in de slaapkamer en een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer voor 4 personen. Er is een restitueerbare borg van USD 300 vereist voor dit apparaat.

Lovable condo complex

Perfect spot for our trip. Nice ground floor condo with easy access to the beach, the pool, the bbq area. Well equipped kitchen. Everything very clean. 4 stars because we had to reboot the Wi-Fi a few times each day. We would stay here again.

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing stay and loved the location of the unit. It sits directly across from the pool and the garden. The kids picked fresh veggies for dinner and we had a perfect view of the sunset every night. We will be back for sure!

Maui sunset is the best location for families with young kids. Ground floor unit out to the pool was great. Turtles were all over the beach just steps from the condo.

Very attentive grounds workers

The complex was very nice and the grounds workers were out every morning cleaning the pool, which was very impressive. It was our first time staying in Kihei and it was very enjoyable. We appreciated the location being closer to Kahului and the airport, although not as easy to visit with our daughter who lives in West Maui.

Enjoyed the stay. Unruly kids and parents at the pool. There was times I could not even get in. Property management needs to monitor the pool. Maintenance for the grounds does an amazing job. Beautiful sunsets.

Family holiday

Nice sized condo for our family of 4. Very comfortable beds. Could use a good overall dusting. The condo was fairly stocked with kitchen supplies but could use more plastic cups for pool area. Plenty of towels which was nice. Ground floor was great with close access to the pool. I would recommend blackout curtains for the living room for those sleeping on the pull out sofa. The lanai needs improvement, the carpet on the floor is coming up in areas and the AC unit in the above rental drips onto the lanai so you cant use half of the area as you get dripped on. When i informed the host they responded immediately and offered us a complimentary late checkout because of that which was greatly appreciated. Overall the resort is fantastic, beautiful grounds, great pool, excellent location to beaches, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again providing the lanai is fixed up.

Great location and property!

Unit A117 was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved being able to walk out directly from the unit to the pool, grass and play areas. The ground floor location was so convenient and still had a nice view. The kitchen was well-stocked with things we needed. The unit was comfortable. The A/C in the living room works hard to cool the space, but loses to the afternoon heat. The bedroom A/C worked great. Overall, Maui Sunset is a great resort. The people (residents and guests) were very friendly. Our family/group had about 10 units in total as we were all there for a wedding. The management company was very accommodating. We arrived late due to a canceled flight, but Joe the security guy was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this unit and would stay here again!

Awesome stay

Very nice condo with everything we needed. Very clean, had beach chairs, towels, and coolers for the beach, a washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen utensils and plates. The queen bed was so comfy. The kids said the pull out couch was comfy too. Beautiful views of the ocean and the pool was a very convenient distance away from the condo. 1-2 minute walk from the beach, but all on the very nice Maui Sunset property. The property is so well maintained. We are early birds and when i would be sitting on the lanai in the morning i could see them working every morning by the pool to make sure everything was beautiful for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good but a couple problems

The condo and property are accurately portrayed on the site. The furniture was comfortable and the towels and linens plentiful. There is a great little washer and dryer and dishwasher, so it’s easy to keep things clean. The condo is quiet even though it is on the ground level, directly across from pool. Access is easy and the lawn and flowers are meticulously maintained. The rest of the grounds are very tidy with the pool, workout room, and spa being cleaned daily. I really thought all that was great. My concern- the rain drips on the rug which is coming unglued from the cement on the patio. There is mildew and Cockroaches were spotted coming and going from there and my friend wouldn’t sit on the porch because of that. That didn’t bother me, but the mildew in the ac filter on the porch ddid. I slept in the living room and couldn’t turn on that fan because of the smell and spores that would be spread. Also, the wicker on the living room tables had dust and cobwebs so thick I needed a wet cloth to dig it out. In spite of these things, however, if you can do your own spiffing up, there is not a condo in Kihei this cheap on such a well managed property.

Amazing family Trip

We had a lovely time. This ground floor unit is a perfect spot. It is located very close to the pool and we had other family members who stayed at Maui sunset in different units and this one is a great spot in between all of them. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.

Amazing

We had a wonderful week. The ground floor unit was perfect for our kids and we loved the beautiful ocean view. My son is now obsessed with shuffle board! We loved how easy it was to borrow the lawn games. We saw so many turtles on the beach in front of the condo. Go left and around the point at sunrise or sunset for perfect turtle viewing. We saw 18 one night! It would be great if the unit had more sand toys or a boogie board but the chairs, umbrellas, and cooler bags were great! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this unit! The resort is beautiful and great location right. We enjoyed the convenience of this ground floor unit and proximity to the pool. The condo is well stocked with anything we could have needed and more. Hoping to return in the future and would love to see this condo freshened up with updates that some of the other units at this resort have done. Did not take away from our great stay!

Ok place to stay

The condo was adequate, no frills. Ground floor was nice, a bit noisy in the mornings early with foot traffic in the breezeway. We found a dead cockroach under the couch, but no other ones, thank goodness. We had no running water our last day, I had paid for an extra night because we had a late flight, so we had a beach day, left with no water in the AM, thought it would be fixed by the late afternoon when we wanted to get ready to go home, but it wasn't back on until 5, we had to depart at 6:30 for the airport. Very thankful that i did get turned on in time, we were cold showering it at the pool. Also, loose nail that my husband snagged his foot on on the master bath. Needs some repairs and update.

Great for unit location

Views from the unit and location within the building are even better than I expected. A great spot for parents and 2 kids for the week. Very close to the pool which the kids loved.
