    Welkom bij onze Maui Condominium in het ZEER GEWENEN GEBOUW # 7 bij Kamaole Sands. Onze TOP '' A '' gewaardeerd uitzicht op de tuin, een slaapkamer, twee badkamers condo (plus queen slaapbank) voorzien van nieuwe items, zoals een kingsize bed, woonkamer en eetkamer meubels, een flatscreen-tv, wasmachine / droger en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Unit heeft ook airconditioning in de woonkamer en slaapkamer.

    WIFI Internet Service is ook beschikbaar in onze unit zonder extra kosten dus neem uw laptop. De unit is volledig uitgerust voor uw plezier met strandstoelen, handdoeken, parasol, koeler en nog veel meer.

    Ons appartement en de Lanai is een Smoke Free Zone. Roken is toegestaan op zeven aangewezen rookbanken rond de periferie van het pand.

    Als u met baby's of kleine kinderen reist, hoeft u niet al uw benodigdheden mee te nemen. We werken met een geweldig bedrijf dat kribben, stoelen, speelgoed, accessoires bij u thuis aflevert en deze ophaalt nadat u vertrekt.

    Check-in is 15:00 uur. Uitchecken is 11:00 uur. Laat uitchecken is mogelijk voor een extra belasting van $ 100 + tot 20:00 uur (alleen beschikbaar van mei tot oktober, dus dienovereenkomstig te plannen.)

    Kamaole Sands is een weelderige 15-acre woning gelegen in het zonnige Zuid-Kihei. De woning heeft prachtig aangelegde terrein, vier tennisbanen, acht barbecues, zwembad met kinderbadje, en twee jacuzzi's. Een korte twee minuten lopen aan de overkant van de straat is een van de meest beroemde stranden van Maui, Kamaole Beach Park III, waar u kunt zwemmen, boogieboard, surfen, of genieten van walvissen kijken (seizoensgebonden) en betoverende Maui zonsondergangen.

    Het resort biedt on-site diensten en ligt op loopafstand van de nabijgelegen stranden, restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden. De receptie is 24 uur geopend en biedt gratis koffie (07:00-09:00) bij de receptie dagelijks. Faciliteiten omvatten ook een Cyber-cafe op het hoofdkantoor voor de gasten die willen hun computers thuis te laten.

    Geniet van gratis wekelijkse Mai Tai partijen bij het zwembad. Bezoek de on-terrein Expedia Events Center om gemakkelijk te plannen en boek activiteiten, zoals snorkelen reizen, zonsondergang cruises, helikoptervluchten, walvissen spotten, fietsen Haleakala, en nog veel meer. Geniet van een gratis continentaal ontbijt de ochtend na uw aankomst voor eiland oriëntatie. Slechts enkele minuten afstand ligt het beroemde Wailea Resort met wereldklasse golf, winkels, restaurants, spa's, en nog veel meer fantastische snorkelen stranden.

Wonderful condo so close to the beach!

Perfect homebase while staying on Maui

I spent a little over a week at Laurie and Glens condo with my mother and my 10 month old daughter. As hosts, Laurie and Glen were very responsive to any questions we had prior to booking their unit and Laurie even assisted in coordinating the rental of several baby items for our stay. During our stay there was a very minor issue with the sliding door, which Laurie took care of right away. The unit is in a great location and was very clean and well stocked with more than just the bare essentials. The photographs well represented the unit. The bed was very comfortable. The complex itself is meticulously maintained with gorgeous grounds and friendly staff as well as a helpful and knowledgable concierge service that provided us with a great overview of what to do during our stay. The complex is located across the street from one beach and is within walking distance to 3 other beaches as well as coffee shpps, restaurants and other stores. It's a great area for early morning walks. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll cafe down the street for coffee and baked treats. We are so glad we found this unit for our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while on the island.

A MUST stay!

Fantastic property and a must stay for your trip to Kihei, Maui. This condo was perfect for our first family vacation (my husband, me and our 4-month old daughter). The condo: The condo was a perfect choice with one bedroom (king bed) and two full bathrooms! It was super clean and we felt comfortable with my daughter playing on the floor. While you expect to see the occasional bug, this condo didn’t have any. The complex does a great job of spraying. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We ate out mostly but did have one or two dinners in. There were enough pans and grilling utensils for us to make our meal. The option for air in both the living and bedroom space was ideal. While there was a great cross breeze we wanted to have the option to run air in both places and were so happy. Both air conditioners worked great! The location: The condo is perfectly situated in the middle of the complex. Close to the pool but not too close and the reserved parking spot was not too far away. The condo is on the first floor but the complex walkway is far enough away you don’t feel that other guests can look in. Complex: The complex grounds are very well maintained. They had a tennis court and other activities you could participate in throughout the week. They had many grilling stations, which we took full advantage of. They had a small kiddy pool which we appreciated it. It was next to the regular swimming pool but smaller and had the option to be shaded. That was a huge bonus for us! Location: This condo is in a great location in Kihei. Kamaole III beach is right across the street, which is great for watching the sunsets. We felt you could easily walk to many restaurants and food trucks from the the location. We drove mostly due to my daughter but both agreed it’s walkable. The management: Laurie was a great host and was in constant contact with us leading up to our stay. Instructions for checkin/checkout were easy to follow and she was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The staff at the complex as well was very friendly and helpful. Overall: We were so happy with our choice in condos. we know there are many options to choose from and would give this a 10/10 and recommend to everyone! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!! Our first family vacation was fantastic!

Great location!

This property is located right across from the beach which made it a great place for families. Great pool area and BBQ grills. The carpet in the bedroom made for a bit of a moldy smell and the tub in the master bathroom was slow draining so we couldn't use it. The kitchen was well stocked and made for great cooking. Overall we had a great time with a couple of minor bumps.

Good property next to a beach

This place has everything you need for your vacation. The conceirg by the pool was helpful, the check-in office was great, and the property manager was also very helpful. Overall we had a great experience staying at Laurie's place.

Perfect Maui vacation spot!

This condo was perfect in every way: - the unit is one building back from the road so it’s quiet. It’s also on the south side of the property so the lanai is in the shade - it’s on the ground floor which is incredibly convenient for accessing the BBQ’s, pool etc. - the complex is across the street from the best beach in Maui and has beautiful amenities (pool, hot tubs, work-out room, tennis courts) and the landscaping is glorious. It’s also within a short walk of some great little restaurants - the condo is perfectly outfitted with everything you need including beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, tennis racquets and a fully equipped kitchen - all the furniture is comfortable, particularly the bed In addition to all this, our host Lori was lovely to deal with and super responsive. We are looking forward to coming back!

Everything we needed and more.

Laurie was quick to reply and answer any questions we has. Premises were clean and well supplied. Loved the lanai and grounds, parking spot close to condo. All in all, great place, great service, great owners!

Beautiful stay in Kihei!

Beautiful well-maintained property, comfortable bed, perfect location, short distance to many great restaurants, a swimmable beach, grocery stores, etc. The owner was lightening quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions. Try Yee's Fruit Stand while you're in the neighborhood! The golden mangos are to die for.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The unit was clean and the owner was very kind and responsive. We enjoyed Kihei and the property was great--the beach across the street was great for snorkeling and gentle enough for our toddler. We even saw several turtles. He also enjoyed the pool, including the live music and hula. We were able to walk to a couple take out restaurants and take a car service or bus to Wailea.

Amazing location!

Laurie was so easy to communicate with and all the instructions were clear. The condo is located just across the street from the beach which was a huge plus for us. The condo was clean and well appointed with all the basics you might need. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation for family with young kids

Aloha! We enjoyed this condo very much. The grassy courtyard was great with the kids and we were a short walk to the beach, swing-set, picnic area, restaurants, pool and souvenir shops. The condo was simple, clean and air conditioned throughout . There were beach chairs and an umbrella and basic essentials one would need. I can’t wait to go back!

Very nice apartment perfectly located in a safe and quiet resort, very close to the beach, few minutes walk from the grocery store and restaurants, and a bus stop just in front the building. The owner was very friendly. I recommend this apartment.
