Welcome to Honu Kihei, our comfortable ground-floor 1-bedroom condo in the heart of South Kihei, just a short walk to the golden sands of Charley Young Beach (Kamaole I)—one of Maui’s most loved beaches for swimming, sunsets, and snorkeling.

Perfect for couples or small families, the condo sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a relaxed home base for enjoying everything Maui has to offer. The pool is just steps from the lanai, and the beach, shops, restaurants, and surf lessons are all within easy walking distance.

Honu Kihei has been thoughtfully updated to create a welcoming space after a day of exploring Maui. The living area features comfortable seating, island-inspired decor, and a large flat-screen TV with cable for relaxing evenings.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included for streaming, planning adventures, or staying connected.

ℹ️ Other Things to Note

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Ask about the small fee for early check-in or late check-out (allowed depending on scheduling and not high season).

• The condo is ground floor, and the bedroom window faces the building walkway, so occasional foot traffic may be heard.
• The unit uses a tankless water heater, so hot water may take a short time to warm up.
• Dryers in the Maui Vista complex vent indoors through water trap (standard for the building) and are regularly maintained.
• This is a well-loved personal condo rather than a luxury resort suite, and many guests enjoy it for its location, comfort, and value while exploring Maui.

📋 Booking Requirements

To rent this property:

• The Booking Guest must be 25 or older
• Government-issued ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking
• The Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours
• The Booking Guest must stay at the property during the reservation
• The credit card must match the Booking Guest name

Check-Out Instructions:
- Checkout by 11 AM.
- Bag all trash and place in bins behind the the elevator
- Dispose of any perishable food and leave the refrigerator empty
- Load and start dishwasher before leaving
- Clean all dishes/pans.
- Please leave bed unmade.
- Please start a load of towels in the washer to help the cleaner
- Close and lock door/sliding door
