Gelegen in zeer gewilde afgelegen wijk van de buurt, uw villa verwelkomt u met ruime plattegrond en prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Bewonder de prachtige zonsondergangen van Maui vanuit je eigen Lanai! Geniet van binnen en buiten dineren met
moderne gastronomische keuken en Wolf-gasgrill. Ontspan in uw open en uitnodigende woonkamer. Met directe toegang tot de privé lagere Lanai vanuit je Master Suite, drijf in slaap met het rustgevende geluid van de Stille Oceaan.

De slaapkamer bevindt zich op het lagere niveau en beschikt over een kingsize bed, een grote badkamer met ligbad, inloopdouche, dubbele wastafels en een inloopkast! Geniet van uw eigen begane grond, uitzicht op de oceaan, outdoor Lanai met ligstoelen! De tweede slaapkamer bevindt zich ook beneden met een kingsize bed en een volledige badkamer. De bovenste verdieping beschikt over een logeerkamer met 2 aparte bedden en een eigen badkamer. De grote woonkamer biedt ook een halve badkamer voor de gasten om te gebruiken.

Deze twee verdiepingen tellende dorpshuis beschikt ook over centrale airconditioning, een full-size wasmachine en droger, een eigen garage, overdekte carport over de oprit voor een tweede voertuig, strandstoelen en badhanddoeken om te gebruiken op het strand of bij het zwembad van de accommodatie!

Ho'olei beschikt over een prachtig zwembad met een waterval, grot, zandstrand voor kinderen en twee jacuzzi's om van te genieten. Voel je vrij om de strandlakens in je unit mee te nemen naar het zwembad om te gebruiken! Er is een fitnesscentrum naast het zwembad en een overdekt keukenpaviljoen. Massages aan het zwembad zijn ook beschikbaar! Dit is een gated community met 24-uurs beveiliging beschikbaar.

Toegang tot het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van de straat door het aangrenzende resort. U kunt dineren in een van de restaurants van het resort, evenals spa-afspraken maken, maar houd er rekening mee dat toegang tot het zwembad in het aangrenzende resort niet is inbegrepen bij uw reservering bij deze Ho'olei-villa.

Really spectacular property in a quiet community. The pool is gorgeous and the staff was so kind to my kiddo. The house is huge and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need: plenty of towels, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, kitchen was stocked, and there was a generous welcome basket. The reservations/mgmt folks at CB were also very helpful when our flight arrived early.

Our family absolutely LOVED this property. It was beautifully decorated and the view from the lanai was breathtaking! Everything a family would need for the beach and the pool was provided including a cooler, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. It was in the perfect location as well. I can’t say enough about how amazing this property is! Highly recommended!

Great time in Wailea!

We had an amazing time in Wailea and the proximity of our unit couldn’t have been better. It was close to shops, the best beaches and ice cream. We loved having our own private garage and the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs were an added bonus. Dinner on the lanai were amazing watching the sunset. Will definitely want to stay here again. CB was very helpful and professional throughout our stay.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time over thanksgiving week at this villa. The unit was just as described. Fully furnished and super clean. All the beds were very nice and comfortable. The entire unit was super spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around or just have their own space. Management was super responsive on all questions and excellent easy instructions. Will definitely go back the next chance we get!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. Everything was immaculate and the hosts even provided us with some tasty snacks and playing cards to welcome us to their property. The location was wonderful - just a quick 3-5 min (drive) to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The property is exactly as pictured and the view from the lanai is beautiful. The only feedback I would give the hosts is to place dressers (even if they were somewhat small) in the two smaller rooms. Other than that, this place was perfect and we would highly recommend it, as well as, stay there again.

Outstanding villa with amazing sundets

We truly enjoyed our stay at 17-3 Ho’olei. As part of our special birthday celebration we needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The villa provided privacy for family members and at the same time we had wonderful communal happy hours and dinners on the large lanai . There is a terrific outdoor grill and a fabulous kitchen which made preparation and small group get togethers delightful. The area is gorgeous and gated. There is an enchanting pool within walking distance and the beach is a short ride away. Along the beach, there is a 2 mile walking path for sunset strolls and happy hour hopping between magnificent hotels. Ho’olei itself is quiet, close to restaurants and well lit. The management staff at CB was outstanding. Allison helped us with early check in and Felicity advised on activities as well as ensured a quick response to a small leak in washing machine. She checked up on us regularly. We could not have asked for more attention. Ho’olei is a beautiful place for adults only or those with families. In September , we felt like we had the community and the island to ourselves . It was a dream trip come true.

Best View in Maui

The property sits high enough in a condo complex to have extraordinary views. Just drop dead gorgeous. Inside the condo is just perfect. All little things where thought about. The lanai doors are a dream and just really open up the place and make Hawaii come alive.

Everything was great here. We loved the space, the location, the amenities. We spent most of our time on the fabulous upper level lanai. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to be in this part of Maui.

Property is nice. Negatives are going the entire week with no cleaning. Ridiculous for the cost. Don’t recall getting that information. Friends paid less than us at another property and got cleaned twice. We had problems with key cards working. This was fixed quickly. Also, you have access to pool but not to towels. Have to bring your own everyday. Would stay at Hoolei again but not this property.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

Clean, spacious, accessible, and in a great location! Has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The Ho'olei swimming pool was fantastic and the kids had a lot of fun. The parking garage was small for our suburban SUV, but we were still able to get it in with a few inches to spare. Other than that we loved the place and would go back again.

BEST SETUP, GREAT ROOM, AND VIEW -- WINDOWS SLIDE ACROSS ENTIRE FRONT

HO'OLEI set up is the best for 3 adult couples (Our family) and would also work for 2 additional kids. Location is perfect, walking distance to Wailea Grand, but away from the busy ness of that area. Close to golf, and good walking and good beaches. This is our 2nd stay at a Ho'olei property and both stays were superb. Pricey though. But in the end, worth it. Plenty of everything plus extras.
