Aloha en welkom bij Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A12 in het zonnige Zuid-Maui! Condo A12 heeft nieuwe Mitsubishi A / C en een prachtig vernieuwde keuken.

Kihei Sands Condominium ligt direct aan een van de beste stranden van Maui, Sugar Beach. Vanuit ons zwembad aan de oceaan en onze barbecue-patio kunt u praktisch het strand aanraken - schoon, zanderig, onbewoond en kilometers lang in beide richtingen. Hoe ver is het naar het strand? Letterlijk ongeveer 6 voet! Onze terrassen en gazons zijn idyllisch. Geniet elke ochtend van vers gezette koffie en kijk elke avond naar een spectaculaire zonsondergang terwijl u het diner grilt en een drankje nipt.
Kihei Sands is een speciale plek vol met de Aloha-geest. Onze intieme lay-out biedt de perfecte locatie voor reünies, groepsuitjes, pasgetrouwden, senioren, gezinnen, koppels en vrienden. Met 23 eenheden om uit te kiezen is het gemakkelijk om de perfecte pasvorm te vinden voor iedereen in uw groep, van het aantal slaapkamers (1, 2 & 3) tot bedconfiguraties.

Een korte wandeling over het strand vindt u verschillende eetgelegenheden en winkels, waaronder een versmarkt, een ABC-winkel, een bakkerij, scheerijs en een klein diner. Only 29 units so there was always space on the patio to sit and in the pool to swim. The area was very clean and well maintained. A person works 4 hours every morning cleaning the common areas. The office staff was very helpful - we needed some help due to a medical condition. We were given all the information needed for a good experience at that clinic. That staff also helped organize a tour that we wanted to take. We have already recommended the property to some relatives.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and unit itself are very nice. Loved the morning walks on the beach. I would not recommend this unit if you like to sleep though. The porch light is hardwired which attracts bugs all night (come through the slider even) and makes it look like daylight all night long in the unit its so bright. The A/C is in the living space so if you want to cool the bedroom you have to leave the door open to "daylight". The unit either needs blackout curtains or to put the porch light on a switch. Terrible sleeping experience. Also, the pool isn't heated, even when it was 90 degrees out it was still cold. We sprung for a resort pass for a day so our kid could get in a pool and not shake. Other than that, the patio is amazing and the grills are a nice feature. Overall, I would consider coming back, but not to this unit.

The units were newly renovated with everything you could possibly need. The property is quiet and beautifully maintained. We had miles of empty, pristine beach to walk each day. Property managers Connie and Patrick were a delight. We've stayed at huge beach resorts before -- but Kihei Sands beats them hands down for beach access, privacy and comfort. We plan to return next year and many years to come. Expectations met and exceeded! (Also a short walk to an amazing bakery, grocer, and shaved ice stand.)

The grounds were well maintained and the staff clearly cared about creating a welcoming and clean environment for their guests. Looking forward to our next visit.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 units for ourselves, our kids and grandkids. The setup worked very well and allowed us to get together when needed but also some quiet time. We would have communal dinners outside on the bbq patio when the little ones went to bed.
