  • Aloha en welkom bij Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B10 in het zonnige Zuid-Maui! Condo B10 is zeer smaakvol ingericht met mooie kunstwerken en schilderijen. De vernieuwde keuken is voorzien van moderne apparatuur en is volledig gevuld met kookgerei. Er is een HD-flatscreen-tv met HD-kabelkanalen in de woonkamer en ook in de slaapkamer op het hoogste niveau; en een HD-DVR / BlueRay-speler in de woonkamer. Nieuwe Mitsubishi A / C- en plafondventilatoren in het hele appartement zorgen voor luchtstroomcomfort. De slaapkamer boven heeft een kingsize bed met nieuwe Sealy Posturepedic-matras met geïntegreerd. De slaapkamer op het hoogste niveau heeft een queensize bed met een ultracomfortabel matras. Plus er is een slaapbank in de woonkamer als u een 5e of 6e persoon hebt.

    Kihei Sands Condominium ligt direct aan een van de beste stranden van Maui, Sugar Beach. Vanuit ons zwembad aan de oceaan en onze barbecue-patio kunt u praktisch het strand aanraken - schoon, zanderig, onbewoond en kilometers lang in beide richtingen. Hoe ver is het naar het strand? Letterlijk ongeveer 6 voet! Onze terrassen en gazons zijn idyllisch. Geniet elke ochtend van vers gezette koffie en kijk elke avond naar een spectaculaire zonsondergang terwijl u het diner grilt en een drankje nipt.
    Kihei Sands is een speciale plek vol met de Aloha-geest. Onze intieme lay-out biedt de perfecte locatie voor reünies, groepsuitjes, pasgetrouwden, senioren, gezinnen, koppels en vrienden. Met 23 eenheden om uit te kiezen is het gemakkelijk om de perfecte pasvorm te vinden voor iedereen in uw groep, van het aantal slaapkamers (1, 2 & 3) tot bedconfiguraties.

    Een korte wandeling over het strand vindt u verschillende eetgelegenheden en winkels, waaronder een versmarkt, een ABC-winkel, een bakkerij, scheerijs en een klein diner. The most amazing home base for the best trip

We stayed with our two daughters (5 and 7) and had the best stay. Easy checking in and out; all the things we needed and the best porch and view. The ocean and pool access couldn’t have been better and all the activities we wanted (snorkel trip, surfing, sight seeing) were convenient. Best stay ever!

The Condominium location is superb.Management is always friendly, accessible and accommodating.The B10 unit is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Year after year, the owners are always updating and maintaining the facility to make sure it’s in excellent condition and the groundskeeper works hard to maintain and beautify the grounds. Overall, the entire complex is extremely well done, has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and always feels like a home away from home.

Wonderful

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Great place with a good view

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.

This was our 3rd trip to the Islands 1st trip to Maui. This stay at Kihei Sands was absolutely amazing. A smaller property with all the personal care and assistance you could expect. Connie and Patrick (Management) were amazing and so incredibly helpful. I fell like I left with 2 new good friends. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was provided every morning by management, and was perfect while we took in those Maui sunrises right on the beach. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed.

The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.
