Prachtig zeezicht! Grote Lanai en dicht bij het strand

Ons appartement met 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping van het Kihei Akahi-complex en op slechts een steenworp afstand van een van de mooiste stranden van Maui - Kamaole II Beach. Geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de Lanai. Ontbijt op de Lanai en bekijk de oceaanactiviteiten en geniet 's avonds van de spectaculaire zonsondergangen op Maui. Geniet van de frisse lucht die door deze hoekeenheid stroomt van de zachte passaatwinden.
Gelegen in gebouw D, dit is een rustig gebouw aan de achterkant van het pand, weg van de hoofdweg.

Kenmerken omvatten: Airconditioning, In suite wasmachine / droger, elektronisch Kaba deurslot (geen onhandige lockbox om mee te vechten), gratis 5G high-speed WiFi, vaste telefoon met gratis lange afstand bellen naar de VS en Canada, LED 45 inch plat -scherm-tv in de woonkamer (met Netflix!) De Lanai is ruim en is uitgerust met beide, Hallo top bar tafel / krukken en een aparte tafel met plaats voor 4 voor het diner.

De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. De 2e wasruimte bevindt zich in de gang.

De keuken is gevuld met alle kookgerei die u nodig heeft, inclusief barbecue-accessoires. De keuken heeft een magnetron, vaatwasser, fornuis en koelkast. Voor het plezier op het strand zijn er 2 Tommy Bahamas-parasols, 4 strandstoelen, 2 koelers en veel grote strandhanddoeken. Smaakvol ingericht, zult u zich meteen thuis voelen met een subtiele flair van het eiland om u eraan te herinneren dat u zonder twijfel in het paradijs bent.

Gratis parkeren in een speciale parkeerbox is inbegrepen. De woning heeft 2 tennisbanen, 2 gated zwembaden met veel ligstoelen en 2 BBQ-gebieden met gas-BBQ's voor het grillen van uw steaks en verse zeevruchten.

Kihei is strandzoekend gebied aan de zuidwestkust van Maui, het zonnigste en droogste deel van het eiland. Kihei Akahi ligt tegenover Kamaole II Beach, een van de drie mooiste stranden van Maui en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van ons appartement.

The location is what makes this a great place to stay! We were able to walk across the street to a beautiful beach for sunsets and also able to walk to stores. We appreciated having a good kitchen because we cooked breakfast every morning. We also absolutely loved hanging out at night on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at this one bedroom condo in kihei. Walk to beach Kam Sand 2, close to restaurants. Reserved parking spot. AC in main family room and master bed worked great. clean. comfortable master bed. good amenities even though we did not cook. beach chairs and umbrella cooler. great communication with host.

Good overall. We found most everything we needed. We found the provisions a bit skimpy such as no Kleenex….and the couch was not very comfortable. The back bedroom was really warm.

Great 8 nights in Kihei!

My wife and I and two teens stayed 8 nights here and absolutely loved the unit. The check in process was seamless and the owner Audrey was very quick to respond and helpful.The location is great - right across from a great beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

My family of 3 were very happy with everything about this unit and our experience communicating with the owners. The unit is clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The attention to detail at this property was impressive. The grounds featured manicured gardens, the common areas were constantly being cleaned, and the location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and the views from the lanai amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.

Maui Marathon Vacation

This beachfront condo in Kihei, Maui, exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the lanai. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with a starter kit of essentials for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to stunning sunrises over the water. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for an unforgettable Maui vacation!

Perfect week

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. There were umbrellas, chairs, coolers, pickleball paddles, and even boogies boards!! The location was great, and the provided parking spot was an easy walk from the elevator. Loved how the kids got separate beds- I'm sure they appreciated it more then we did :) Thank you for letting us stay- we had a great time!

Amazing property

We had such a wonderful week. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful and pools very nice too. Each evening we crossed the street to witness the beautiful sunset - there is a crosswalk right in front of the complex. Owners were great to work with. Hope to come again.

Great location. Nice view. Super close to beaches. Nice area of Kihei. A/C was great for master bedroom and living area. Second bedroom doesn’t have but it stayed cool enough for our daughter. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love the gas stove!

Serene Retreat in Kihei: A Perfect Family Getaway

We recently stayed at the Condo in Maui, Hawaii, from April 16 to April 20, and it was a delightful experience. The condo provided a serene escape for my family of four, with the soothing soundtrack of birdsong greeting us each morning. Our breakfasts on the patio became a cherished routine, complete with a friendly little bird we affectionately named Red. One of the highlights of our stay was the condo's ideal location. Not only did it offer a peaceful atmosphere, but it was also conveniently situated for exploring all that Maui has to offer. Whether we were venturing locally or taking scenic drives to discover new sights, the condo served as the perfect home base. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attentiveness ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We're grateful for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely condo with us. Overall, our time at the Condo in Kihei was nothing short of wonderful. From the tranquil surroundings to the warm hospitality, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay in the future.

Perfect location

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo, which is perfectly located across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean and we spent a lot of time eating and relaxing there. The beds were very comfortable. I found the complex to be very quiet since it is back from the main road. My daughter had a wonderful time in her twin bed and swimming in the two community pools. We had a question at check in and the host responded immediately, which I really appreciated. This is a great place for a family wanting to enjoy the beach and walk to the great restaurants in Kihei.
