  • Een opmerking van de eigenaar:
    Welkom in ons tropisch paradijs! Na een verblijf in veel verschillende condominiums door de jaren heen, hebben we geprobeerd om alles wat belangrijk is voor ons op te nemen in onze flat. Er is nu voorzien van airconditioning voor extra comfort, hoewel de bries zijn prachtig. We hebben een open, moderne keuken met apparatuur en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken. In de linnenkast, krijgt u een Bosch stack-staat wasmachine en droger te vinden.

    Van de Lanai, hebben we de meest spectaculaire zonsondergangen met uitzicht op Maui naar het noorden en het eiland Lana'i naar het westen. Schildpadden kunnen altijd worden gezien stoeien in de oceaan en in de winter, walvissen kijken is een favoriete afgelopen tijd. De tabel op de Lanai en de ene in de eetzaal hebben stoelen voor zes, maar als je veel ruimte, ga dan naar de prachtige tuin op het dak waar u grills en tafels vindt. Het beddengoed is zeer comfortabel. Er is zelfs een topper voor de slaapbank, zodat iedereen kan genieten van een goede nachtrust. De zee leven thema is duidelijk zodra je de deur, waar u wordt begroet met schildpadden op de tegelvloer te openen.

    Om toe te voegen aan uw plezier, hebben we gratis draadloos internet en telefoon service met gratis interlokale gesprekken binnen de VS en Canada. U krijgt een cd-speler met iPod-aansluitingen te vinden, naast een grote, hoge def, flatscreen-tv met een Blu-Ray / DVD-speler in de woonkamer. De slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen TV's ook.

Incredible stay with unforgettable views!

We spotted turtles from the balcony every single day, and even caught a few meteors during the evening shower—such a memorable experience. Although the ocean out front was great for snorkeling, the water was a bit rough during our visit, so we opted out.The property itself was beautifully maintained. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool was cleaned at least once a day—always sparkling. We also enjoyed grilling on the rooftop one evening, which was a fantastic bonus.Everything in the unit was clean and in perfect working order. Best of all, the management company was exceptional—one of the best we’ve ever worked with. They checked in by call and text throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly top-notch service!

This unit is very clean and comfortable. Nice and updated. Fabulous view from the balcony!. Steps to the beach. Good beach chairs and towels provided. Convenient location for restaurants and shops, coffee, etc. Great natural foods market across the street. Loved it all. Love Kihei!!

Amazing Location

We have stayed at the Royal Mauian for over a decade and love the property and the location. The property management company was fantastic and easy to work with. The location of the unit and the view are incredible. The decor and furniture of the unit are dated and dark.

Between two beaches, if you want a quick snorkel just go out in front. Every unit has beach ocean view and this unit looks right at sunset. The unit has been redone very nice light and airy. The property is very well maintained and we have been coming here starting in the 80’s. I would come back to this unit next time we come. Very nice and well equipped.

Perfect spot for a family trip

We had a wonderful time staying here with our 1 and 3 year old. The location was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view while the kids napped, and for watching the sunset each night. Its just a quick walk to Kam I and II, and we enjoyed some great restaurants and ice cream just across the street. There were beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and a boogie board available for our use. The only negative is the loud/hot AC vent on the deck which drowns out the sound of the waves when it’s on. We would definitely stay here again, and have actually stayed in the same building before we had kids. When thinking about naps and early bedtime, we knew there was no other view we’d want to have!

Perfect place for us to experience Maui

There are many things that made Royal Mauian 317 the perfect place for us. We really were looking for the laidback feeling in Kihei. The Royal Mauian is right on the shore line and our view from the balcony was spectacular. It was great to have the small rock reef formation 40 feet from us. We enjoyed seeing sea turtles swim about every morning while sipping our cup of coffee and chomping on pineapple. The condo was very well equipped. AIR CONDITIONING was great! Most other locations and condos do not have it. Kitchen and bathrooms are more recently renovated. Mattress was comfortable and the space of the living area was great. The reservation process was smooth and it was easy to gain access to the condo with our late arrival. We plenty of towels, toiletries and laundry soap. We took advantage of the washer and dryer in the condo. We never turned them on but the condo was had full TV, DVD and cable access. The beach area was a quick two-minute stroll. The sand was as smooth as silk and the surf is gentle yet fun enough. I snorkeled every day we spent at the beach and saw lots of turtles and other sea life. The beach is the prefect length for a romantic stroll (and for exercise if you are into that kind of thing). The condo provides beach chairs and beach towels which make going to the beach easy. The condo has a nice ocean-side pool and shower to rinse off the sand. The location for the Royal Mauian is very convenient in Kihei. We really like the restaurant options just across the street. Yet, we had quick access to a small grocery store across the street to make breakfast & lunch in the condo easy. Kihei doesn’t have the crowds and swirl of Lahaina yet has great choice of beaches. We spent a day at Big Beach and caught some great surf.

Worth every penny! Unit was wonderful and easily fit family of 5 (using pull out sofa) - never felt cramped. Daytime temperatures were in mid to upper 90s while we where there so air conditioning was HUGE advantage - other units had to keep their front door to the hallway open to get ocean breeze to carry through. Great location for beaches, restaurants and activities. View out to the ocean was beautiful start and end (sunset) to every day. Deck grills were great for cooking without heating up the kitchen. Beach chairs with built in backpacks and towels made beach trips easy. If looking to rent a car go with Ali's connection to Wiki Car Rental - 1/2 price of the standard companies and pick up/drop off at airport parking lot couldn't have been any more convenient

Loved the royal mauian best place I've stayed so far so convenient to quaint Beach town great Beach cafes all over right across from the condo the location was perfect by the best beaches I've been to on maui the snorkeling was great right outside the condo the staff was great the room was beautiful with everything you need beautiful view beautifully renovated. RM #317 for two couples... Fantastic!

Two couples in our mid thirties with no children rented suite 317 for 7 days. Easy hassle free check in very clean and well stocked unit with an unbelievable view. The unit was nicely laid out with two bedrooms with a king in each separated by two bathrooms with the master having sliding doors to the lanai. We would def consider going back again. We snorkled right out front saw plenty of fish and turtles. Rented stand up paddle boards for the week and had a spot to store them. Also very close to the cove with great surfing. Only complaint is the door to the lanai was difficult to open, but really just a minor issue. Also not a place to get rowdy. We were the only 4 in the pool and brought down a speaker and quietly listened to music which didn't last too long and pool closes by 8. All in all great place if in search for a quiet relaxing vacation!

We loved this ocean front unit! We were with our 9month old. He loved crawling on the lawn front. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. From the balcony we could see titles swimming. We walked to the beaches and snorkeled with the turtles. At first I had really wanted a unit on the beach, but this was sooo much better. Because we could sit and watch the sunset or lounge and watch the ocean without getting Sandy. The unit was super conviet to restaurants and shopping, which was nice since we could walk without having to load up the car. We plan to come back for whale season and will definitely do this unit again!

You will want to stay here!

We just spent 8 days in unit 317 and absolutely loved it! We went with our extended family and rented three condos (the others being 614 and 505). I think ours was the best designed as the master bedroom and bathroom had a sliding door that separated it from the rest of the condo, giving it extra privacy. The other condos were beautiful as well. Everything in the unit was clean and in great shape. There were plenty of high quality beach chairs that we used on the beach almost every morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only comment would be that they could supply more than two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Travelling with three women requires a lot of toilet paper! It wasn't a problem as there are plenty of markets where we got what ever supplies we needed. The property management people were very helpful. The door knob to the master bathroom was stuck. We called and mentioned it and they had it fixed within a couple of hours while we were out. The wifi didn't work and they fixed it right away the first day. The views are spectacular. You can see three different islands and a family of turtles living on the reef right outside the condo. Coffee on the lanai in the morning is a wonderful and peaceful time, I miss it already! The area around the condos has everything you will need. Plenty of restaurants and markets are close by. The view of Haleakala and up country is amazing from the walk way going to the condo. The location in Kihei is a great base camp for going to the other parts of the island. Another reviewer mentioned that it was like being on a cruise ship and I agree completely. Laying on the bed looking out you can only see the water and it's like being on a luxury suite on board a ship. We highly recommend this unit and hope to be back someday soon!

Absolutely Wonderful Condo

We stayed an amazing week in this wonderful condo. There was my wife and I, our 10 month old daughter and my mother-in-law. The condo was absolutely spotless, and well decorated. The renovations were great and the view, unbelievable. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants nearby, and a great central location for those wanting to tour the whole island. Unfortunately, we can't make it to Maui this winter, but looking forward to staying here again in 2014/2015.

Wonderfully Renovated, Gorgeous Waterfront Views

We stayed in another unit in the Royal Mauian last year, but this is the one to stay in! This was much better designed, with upscale touches you wouldn't expect in a condo for rent. For example, they have beautiful turtles engraved into the entry tile and shower walls. The A/C was wonderful! The other unit we stayed in didn't have A/C, so we really enjoyed the convenience here. Finally, the water views are spectacular. I felt as if I was on a cruise ship looking out at the water, and we also got direct pool views, which many of the units don't have. Will definitely return!

Great condo!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Royal Mauian. Lovely complex, quiet, great location, best beaches. Unit was nicely remodeled, spacious, and had everything you'd need for your vacation. The property managers are wonderful to work with.

Bautiful!!!

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at the Royal Mauiian. This condo is perfect...recently renovated, beautiful furniture, fully supplied kitchen, etc. We have stayed at the Royal Mauiian many times and this is the most beautiful unit we have ever stayed in. Great location with a wonderful view, the unit was spotless and very well maintained and there is plenty of room for 4-6 people. We love this location in Maui and we highly recommend this property and are looking forward to returning.
