Aloha en welkom bij onze retraite in Wailea, Maui, het hart van het paradijs. Uw Hawaiiaanse vakantie zal ronduit spectaculair zijn als u verblijft in Unit 1510, Palms of Wailea appartement met zeezicht. Er zijn veel redenen waarom onze gasten vinden dat onze luxueuze accommodaties van wereldklasse de beste luxe appartementen met zeezicht in Maui zijn. De unit is ruim elegant met een open plattegrond, grote grote kamer en kathedraal plafonds. Het is ingericht en zeer goed uitgerust.

U zult genieten van een prachtig, panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer. Het eiland Kahoolawe en de Molokini-krater liggen aan de linkerkant. Rechts ziet u het West Maui-gebergte (kijkend naar Kaanapali). De uitzichten zijn gewoon adembenemend.

Onze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement is geschikt voor maximaal zes personen comfortabel en de prachtige accommodaties omvatten granieten aanrecht, travertin vloeren en aangepaste kasten.

Geniet van zeebries en een spectaculaire omgeving vanuit uw eigen privé-Lanai.

Je begint je dagen met de prachtige Stille Oceaan als achtergrond. De mooie Lanai biedt u de privacy van een tweede verdieping. Het is compleet met een gas-BBQ grill en een doorgang keukenraam.

Rondom ons prachtige huis is de prestigieuze Palms at Wailea complex, beroemd om zijn tropische landschap, rustige tuinen, beekjes en watervallen die het appartement omringen. Een eersteklas zwembad met warm zout water, een bubbelbad en het clubhuis maken deel uit van de vele voorzieningen.

Over de eigenaren
Ons eerste bezoek aan Maui was tijdens onze huwelijksreis. We werden verliefd op de prachtige stranden, zonsondergangen en het warme oceaanwater, evenals op het tropische klimaat het hele jaar door. Nu het pensioen nadert, was het onze droom om onroerend goed te bezitten in Wailea, Maui. We kozen The Palms voor de locatie in Wailea, de kwaliteit van de constructie en de lage dichtheid in vergelijking met andere flatgebouwen. Ideaal gelegen net bergopwaarts van het fantastische Keawehapu-strand, kunt u dagelijks de Wailea-strandpaden bewandelen en alle schoonheid van Maui absorberen. Snorkel of duik offshore in de kalm rollende golven die perfect zijn voor familieplezier of een romantische avond. Neem drankjes mee terwijl u op het strand dineert en geniet van een prachtige zonsondergang in Maui.

Beautiful property with excellent views of ocean and mountain.

Property is well appointed. The owners and island host are fantastic! They had everything there that we needed to enjoy our stay. For outdoor activities; snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels are there. We made a few meals at home and had every dish, bowl, platter, appliance, utensil we needed.Thank you for making us feel right at home.

Great stay in Palms at Wailea

This condo was great for our family of four. We loved the complex, location, grounds, nearby beaches and South Maui area. The grills were nice to have and very clean. The pool grounds were very nice. The condo is well stocked with plenty of supplies (beach supplies, kitchen items, linens), has a great balcony, great AC and is quiet. The only negative we encountered is that the second bedroom is not completely walled off from the living room - it is separated by sliding doors, which was fine for our kids but means the room is (a) not 100% private, and (b) susceptible to noise infiltration from the kitchen / living room area. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Gorgeous unit with an incredible view! Scott & Reneé are very gracious hosts. Immaculate, comfortable & well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful public-access beach within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Our first time staying at The Palms at Wailea and it did not disappoint. The grounds were well manicured and the condominium was updated and clean. Plenty of room for my family vacation and the lanai was especially nice. Having a bbq and beach chairs was also a bonus as they both got plenty of use. We would definitely choose this location again for future stays!

True Paradise

What a great trip to Maui. This condo was awesome. The views were awesome. The condo is very comfortable and relaxing to be in. This condo has all the amenities that you can think of. If you decide to stay in and cook your meals, this is the condo to book. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need except for the food. If you have any questions, Mary who is the property manager is awesome. Mary will get back to you immediately if you have any questions. We are already looking at coming back next year and staying here at the Palms of Wailea.

What a View!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights, and fell in love with it. The location is perfect for getting to beaches, shopping, and good restaurants, and the complex amenities (pool +) are lovely. The view from this condo is also just perfect. We could see breaching whales from the living room and Lanai. The condo came with some beach toys/chairs/towels that we used daily, and there is a good stock of board games for an evening in. The hosts are super responsive and made sure we connected with an on-island contact who was able to answer all our questions very quickly. The hosts are also kind and thoughtful. There was a note and welcome gift for us on the counter when we arrived. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Beautiful view with a great location

Would definitely repeat this one. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plenty of pots/pans/storage containers. Coolers, beach chairs and other necessities were included. The place was well kept but a little outdated. Just a few quirks like odd placement of the light switches. Bathroom light switches were below the waist and light switches for the kitchen/living room were a little inconvenient. One thing to note is the guest bedroom has a “wall” that is actuallly a slatted 4 panel sliding wall so there isn’t a whole lot of privacy as the wall is the one to the whole living space.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I along with our two 20 year olds stayed in Scott and Renee’s condo for 9 days. The beds were very comfortable, layout was spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the view was spectacular. The Palms at Wailea was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. It was perfect!

Perfection!

Wonderful, spacious unit for a family of five. Gorgeous view of the Palms and ocean beyond from the window seat. Clean, low key decor and very easy logistically. Also I thought the pool was prettier in person! One tiny note—one of the beach umbrellas was broken and the beach chairs have seen better days. Other than that minor hiccup, the place was really a gem! Aloha!

A week in paradise!

Renee and Scott's condo in the Palms is spacious and very comfortable. It is very well-equipped. Waking up to the amazing view every day was the stuff of dreams. Their arrival gifts were a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Very conveniently situated. Gorgeous landscaping. Pool very nice but chilly. Photos don't do the condo justice, eg sofa has been upgraded. Absolutely loved our stay and really didn't want to leave! You won't regret it either!

The property is wonderful! Quiet and pretty area. Variety of restaurants close by. Clean, stocked with what you need, fantastic view of the ocean - we sat on the deck and watched the whales! Close to the beach but not right on the beach.

Absolutely Perfect

This condo exceeded all our expectations! The view is incredible. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Some of the furniture has been updated since the listing photos and was comfortable and chic. Our family of four had plenty of room. The property liaison was even able to ensure a pack and play was provided when we asked! The beach was a less than 5 minute drive away and the condo has snorkeling and beach equipment. The condo pool was beautiful and even with COVID restrictions on the number of people allowed in the pool area, we were able to use it every day without a problem. We had the BEST time staying here and will absolutely look at staying here when we travel to Wailea again!
