Our beautiful home away from home is 'Your Perfect Maui Getaway,' a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo nestled in North Kihei. Located in Kihei Resort, a small boutique condo complex with free parking and no resort fee. It is just a short stroll to Kalepolepo Beach, an ancient Hawaiian fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. This delightful retreat offers a serene garden view, creating a peaceful ambiance that invites relaxation and rejuvenation.

With a capacity to accommodate up to four guests, this cozy condo is ideal for couples or small families looking to experience the beauty of Maui. The cozy living room has a queen sofa bed, smart TV for your streaming service and cable service. It's open up to the lanai, where you enjoy your morning coffee or alfresco dining and talking "story" to recap your wonderful Maui day. The bedroom has Queen size bed and AC to keep you cool.

Step outside to enjoy the fantastic amenities, including a sparkling pool and a soothing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. The complex also has BBQ, where you can cook your favorite grill recipe.

For your convenience, the condo is equipped with modern technology to keep you connected with free wifi and full size washer and dryer. We know beach day is important, we supply the condo with beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels.

Kihei Resort is located in north Kihei, just 10 miles from the airport. Within a short drive, you can drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, and spa. There are many water activities at the beach, such as kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding or just relaxing with a great book, sunbathing, and beachcombing. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From North Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
