All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very clean Great location with actual sandy beach, nice pool and hot tub.Plenty of pool seating. Comfortable bed and furniture. Vanity needs updating as it is VERY LOW. Kitchen very well stocked. Enjoyed ground floor lanai. Overall condo is very small and not much space to put luggage or other things.

Good central location to all destinations. Great views of the sunset. Great beach access. Plenty of towels and beach gear. We cooked for 2 nights and all our mornings. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of soap provided for dishes and laundry. Bed was comfortable and AC works great. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful area and all we needed

It was the perfect location with everything we could have needed or wanted. The only thing I would recommend is a very deep cleaning of the shower and the shower door. But if that's all it was I can't complain due to price and location!
