Beach Time @ Grand Van Kleef

Onze missie is om een rustige en serene vakantieplek te bieden waar jij en de jouwe echt zullen ontspannen.

Aqua-slaapkamer: airconditioning, dressoir, queensize bed, kast en aangrenzende badkamer. Het decor is bedoeld om je te verleiden om goed te slapen en magische herinneringen te creëren - ja! ☺. Badkamer: inloop betegelde douche. Haardroger, handdoeken, zeep voorzien. Strandstoelen en strandlakens worden in de kast opgeborgen.

Sunset-slaapkamer: airconditioning, queensize bed, dressoir, aangrenzende badkamer. Het decor is bedoeld om je in slaap en ontspanning te laten smelten. Badkamer: bevestigd aan kamer, bad / douche combinatie met gebogen douchestang voor een ruime douche-ervaring. Strandstoelen en strandlakens in de kast van Aqua Bedroom.

Locatie: Condo is gelegen aan de oostkant van het pand, de rustigste locatie in alle Pacific Shores. Er is heel weinig voetverkeer, geen lawaai van het zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht op Mt. Haleakala.

Activiteiten: Ga bij de ingang van Pacific Shores staan en loop aan de overkant naar Charley Young Beach en Kamaole Beach I, loop links of rechts naar lekker eten, informeel dineren, bars met of zonder muziek, winkelen, surflessen, verhuur van strandspullen , ijs en scheerijs! Allemaal op loopafstand ...

Keuken: De keuken wordt geleverd met alles wat u nodig heeft om te koken en drankjes te mixen. Granieten aanrecht geven een geaard en ontspannend gevoel. De vaatwasser, het fornuis en de koelkast zijn van roestvrij staal. Er is een voorlader, stapelbare wasmachine / droger.

Hoofdkamer: De woonkamer biedt voldoende ruimte om yoga te doen, te dansen of de Euro Lounger voor de patiodeur naar buiten te trekken en de maan of zon boven Mt. Haleakala.

Milieuvriendelijk: er worden milieuvriendelijke schoonmaakproducten gebruikt zodat u gemakkelijk kunt ademen. We gebruiken alleen geurvrij wasmiddel - goed voor het milieu en de mens.

Our unit was very practical and perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning is a great necessity in this area and the bedrooms covered well.

Lots to offer in a small space

We were two couples staying here. The space accommodated us well, although it felt a little small for easy movement inside. The decor and physical upgrades were pleasant and fun. The beds were okay, and memory foam pillows work for some but not everyone! Some options would be helpful. The shade on the balcony is awesome for dimming the heat in the daytime, and the mini splits were helpful at night. The pool is lovely and nice to hang out, with warm showers down there too. Easy walk to the beach any time of day. Assigned parking spot is also helpful, as are the shopping carts to bring things upstairs. Four stars because of the tight quarters (for 4 adults), beds and pillows that could be more comfortable, and a couple of not-so-clean kitchen drawers/cupboards. The rest is great.

We had a great stay at this property. The only downside was my wife had to clean some utensils before using, because they had dried food on them, and there were few places to hang damp clothes to dry, but overall it was a great stay!

Christmas by the sea

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The condo was quiet and easy to get to. The living room got a bit hot since the AC units were in the bedrooms, and our daughter was sleeping out there, However, the fan helped. There were lots of dishes and everything needed to cook (just bring your own spices.Would recommend staying here.

Fantastic location

This isn’t a luxury rental but it met all of our needs and the location was perfect. The air conditioning units were able to keep the bedrooms cool but not the entire condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, because we were gone most of the day, but the condo was pretty warm by the evening. The owners were easy to work with and we appreciated their suggestions and the convenient walk to the beach.

Second stay

This was our second stay at Stephen and Cynthia’s condo. Both times we had a great time. The unit is in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted. The condo was also very well stocked with most everything you would need including toys, floats, towels and mats for the beach. Another plus is that there is almost no noise in the condo area!

The hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location with the beach across the street. We loved the cinnamon roll place (in walking distance) for breakfast! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

4 Friends Annual Trip to Maui

Unit was great, well equipped. All amenities were as advertised Great location Very close to a great beach, close to many good restaurants, bars and food trucks Couch was comfortable, one of us sleep on it the entire trip. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Check in is easy. No Advance notification that the pool and grill was closed until the night we arrived and was closed the whole month we were there. Refund was insufficient given the huge inconvenience this and other issues caused. Issues with termites in 4 places including kitchen and dining area. Broken cooler that was previously noted Older shower areas and broken toilet for a few days that caused a bad smell. Owner responded to bathroom and termite issue however the termites persisted. Had to rewash some cutlery and crockpot before using. Dusty air purifier and fan. Small coffeepot. Constant dust with door and balcony door open to keep it cool. Location is good.

Very nice stay

Location is near neighborhood shops but far enough off Main Street to be quiet. Short walk to beach which was very nice. Large construction project next door which was noisy and road work was inconvenient, hopefully work will be done soon. Lots of ants come out at night which was gross. House was modern and all the appliances you’ll need. Great notes and books about the area left by owner. Some beach stuff in closet which was great but chairs were kinda shabby. Overall stay was nice, place was comfortable, pool and grounds well maintained.

Great Stay!

Close to amenities and beach. Well equipped with beach equipment and children toys if needed. Was able to contact owners via phone when needed. Air conditioning was louder in one of the rooms but didn't affect our sleep much. BBQ was convenient on site - some BBQ tools would have been helpful (we couldn't find any) but we made it work.

The condo was perfect to be able to explore Kihei and the rest of the island. It was clean and spacious, and the kitchen allowed us to make basic meals and save our leftovers. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and other things. The hot tub was very nice to use in the evenings as well. Overall a great place to stay.
