Gelegen aan het einde van het gebouw dat extra privacy en rust biedt en snelle toegang tot het zwembad, BBQ en tennisbanen. Eenheid omvat een balkon / Lanai met uitzicht op de kiekeboe oceaan. U kunt ook 's avonds naar de zonsondergang kijken terwijl u ontspant en geniet van een glas wijn. Op een steenworp afstand bevinden zich twee van de beste stranden van Maui; Kamaole I en Charley Young Beach. Gelegen in het hart van Zuid-Kihei met tal van restaurants, winkels en supermarkten in de buurt. Het appartement is perfect voor koppels op zoek naar huwelijksreis of gasten die willen ontsnappen aan de dagelijkse drukte van het leven en genieten van het paradijs in het prachtige Zuid-Kihei. Dit apparaat heeft alles om een zeer comfortabel verblijf voor twee volwassenen te ondersteunen. Het is erg schoon met 2 flatscreen-tv's, wasmachine / droger, kingsize bed en een slaapbank.

Deze 'NIET-ROKERS' één slaapkamer, één bad unit biedt een van de beste slaapbedden op het hele eiland! Dit apparaat is volledig gevuld en heeft 'TWEE AIRCONDITIONERS'! Die in de woonkamer is zo koud dat de meeste gasten nooit de moeite nemen om die in de slaapkamer aan te zetten. Unit bevat ook wasmachine / droger, vaatwasser en een volledige keuken.

Neem uw tablet of laptop mee, want er is 'GRATIS' Draadloos internet. Blijf in contact met vrienden en familie. Eenheid biedt gasten een sleutelloze toegang.

De accommodatie bevindt zich in het Maui Vista Resort met weelderige, tropische tuinen en biedt toegang tot zwembaden, tennisbanen, barbecues en eetgedeelte in de openlucht. Ten noorden en zuiden van het pand zijn winkelcentra vol met veel eetgelegenheden en winkelmogelijkheden. Op slechts een korte loopafstand ligt de Cove, een populaire surfspot voor beginners en beginnende surfers. Er zijn veel verkopers in de buurt die surfplanken en snorkeluitrusting verhuren en lessen aanbieden. De meest populaire stranden in Kihei zijn Kamaole Beach Park I, II en III. Alle drie deze stranden hebben strandwachten tijdens bepaalde uren en zijn perfect om te zwemmen, snorkelen en zonnebaden.

Nicely Decorated & Great Location

It was a very tidy condo and nicely upgraded with lovely finishings. Our check in went smoothly and we loved the location right across from Charlie Young Beach. All the things you could ever want at the beach were included and lots of storage! Would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous newly Renovated and Great Location

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, across from Charlie Young Beach . The condo is renovated and is well equipped with everything you need . The AC is top notch and the kitchen and all appliances are high end. The owners are wonderful communicators and take pride in their property. Highly recommend as you can walk to everything and enjoy beautiful Kihei!

Great visit to Maui

We love staying on the Maui Vista property. It has pools, tennis courts and is quick walk to the beach and to local eats for some delicious food!Our unit was quiet, clean and had all the kitchen, bathroom, and beach essentials! We had one question and our host, Christopher was quick to respond. We actually binged watched some tele after a long day at the beach and took advantage of the comfortable chairs in the lanai! Overall a stress free visit!

The perfect Kihei Spot

This property exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and well laid out. Filled with everything you need to cook great meals, head to the beach, and relax in suite. The air conditioning worked so well which was nice on hot days. It’s in a great location with an easy walk to the ocean, restaurants, and shops. Great communication and empathy with host. Nice furnishings and modern facility. Host was quick to fix broken AC. Ceiling fan lights are synchronized with another tenant's remote controller, so the lights will come on or go off without warning… at all hours!

Amazing clean condo with all the amenities you need! Close to lots of beaches, shops and restaurants. Onsite pool and BBQ were great! Super friendly people all around! Snorkeling was amazing!

Despite not receiving our access code for the property, the owners were very quick to give us the code. The renovations were immaculate at the apartment and we had a great time with the close walking distance to the beach.

Amazing place to stay in Kihei!

We had the absolute best stay at Michael and Christopher’s and it well exceeded our expectations. The bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable and we slept great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need which made our vacation very easy. The condo is super well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board which made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall we weren’t bothered by it. The place is in a great location and walking distance to everything you could need (markets, stores, grocery stores, beach). We will definitely come back here! Thanks so much for having us!

I was here during the wildfires and thankfully this area was not heavily affected by the fires. The area was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. This property supplied most things you would need besides bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The owners were very kind and communicated quickly. The showerhead was very poorly functioning, but it was able to get me through my trip (the owners did offer to send someone to look at the showerhead but I declined- owners also said the unit was soon to be remodeled). Cleanliness was not at the very highest of standards, but for most folks (including me) it was fine. Overall, I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping, dinning and Charley Young beach where you can swim with turtles. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The air conditioners worked well, however the one in the living room is stuck in the high position, the buttons that control the spread of the fan do not work.

Roaches and Air vents never cleaned.

Property is dated and showing signs of overuse without repair or replacement. Cleanliness was our main issues with vents showing excessive dust and mold. a nightmare for asthmatic which we are not. We witnessed at least 5 roaches each night. The unit was overall clean except for the above-mentioned items and roach issues. Hot water was also another issue. We reported the issues to the office, and they asked us to call this specific property management however the property management said that this unit was NOT on their list of properties to maintain so disappointing. Location was great since walking distance to the beaches.

Great location and friendly hosts

We’ve been staying at Maui Vista condos for the last 5 years and love the convenience of location. The condo had lots of amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. The condo is charming— a little outdated, but for the price point we did not expect a fully renovated condo. We do not blame the hosts for some of the things we noticed but felt it was important to mention: the condo had a bit of dust, and some areas weren’t as cleaned thoroughly. It could be that housekeeping missed certain areas, so once again I do not blame the hosts! Chris and Michael were very kind and communicative.
