Direct aan zee met uitzicht op Ma'alaea Bay, met Molokini, Lanai en Kahoolawe in de verte. Sugar Beach, op steenworp afstand van het appartement, biedt kilometers zandstrand en is perfect voor lange zonsondergangwandelingen of zwemmen met onze vele zeeschildpadden die dit strand thuis noemen! Geniet tijdens onze wintermaanden van stoelen op de eerste rij vanuit uw eigen Lanai terwijl walvissen in direct zicht breken.

Kihei Beach 508 is een een slaapkamer, een badkamer, 5e verdieping oceaan appartement dat goed is ingericht en prachtig ingericht in Hawaiiaans thema. De keuken is gerenoveerd en voorzien van op maat gemaakte kasten en granieten werkbladen. In de woonkamer vindt u aanrecht, een eethoek voor vier en een slaapbank, perfect voor extra gasten. Geniet van een flatscreen-tv met kabel en gratis WiFi in het hele. Blijf koel met centrale A / C, plafondventilatoren en zeebries.

In de slaapkamer vindt u een comfortabel kingsize bed en voldoende kastruimte. Slaap lekker met centrale A / C! De bijgewerkte badkamer heeft een inloopdouche.

My Perfect Stays biedt een startset van natuurlijke Maui-shampoo, conditioner, bodyzeep en lotion. Strandhanddoeken, strandstoelen en koeler zijn ook aanwezig.

Kihei Beach is een kustresort met lage dichtheid aan Sugar Beach in het centrum van Maui. De centrale ligging van het resort is perfect voor het verkennen van alle uithoeken van ons prachtige eiland. Kihea Beach Resort beschikt over een zwembad aan zee, gasbarbecue en wasserette, gunstig gelegen op dezelfde verdieping als dit appartement. Er zijn geen resort- of parkeertarieven.

After visiting several sites that had vacation rentals, I found My Perfect Stays to be the best. They have a large selection of units at so many different properties. If you find a place on a different site I recomend going to My Perfect Stays site to see if they have the same property. The reservation process was very simple and the communication was perfect. I would use them again for my next Maui trip

Fantastic location

The location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do. We enjoyed that the beach was just a few steps away and so was the pool, we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony every morning and cocktails in the evening. Unit was as described clean and with everything you wanted. I would bring some seasoning and spices along with you, otherwise the place was great. We had a wonderful stay here with no issues at all.

Location!

This place is all about the location - on the beach, amazing view, walkable beach, away from the crowds, ABC Store across the street, as well as Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The condo could use some updating, but that’s what’s keeping the price down. The other units are more expensive.

Everything was a 'Perfect Stay'

Perfect location to all points of the island. Parking was easy. Store is across the street Location is quiet, beautiful view, beautiful sunsets. Condo had everything we could need. Even had a cooler for trips out. Everything works well. Was clean on our arrival and they left us a welcome package (try the Hawaiian hulapeno chips that was in there. Wish we could buy them here in Arizona) We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay there again if available

Yes, a perfect stay.

It was certainly a perfect stay--fine condo. very well furnished kitchen. Great floor plan. Overlooking beach. Away from the croud. Couple of house-keeping items. Small run in carpet near lanai. Screen door sticky. Ceiling fan missing pull-chain; couldn't change speed or turn off. We'll definitely check availablity next time on Maui.

Wonderful Spot!

This was our first visit to Maui and we can't wait to come back. We loved this location because it was quiet, pretty central, and the bay was calm. We went paddle boarding and snorkeling right outside our door every morning. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. Any issues were handled quickly (the TV wasn't working right away and some old ladies got crabby with us about paddle board storage but, like I said, the staff was so great and solved the problems right away). It's a great location to be with kids because of the calm water. All of the other beaches we visited had much bigger wave action and would be difficult with small children. We hope to return with our kids someday!

Reconsider Until renovation is Complete

First - MOLD!! This place apparently had severe flooding issues and has tons of mold spores throughout the Carpet. My husband is allergic and couldn’t breathe in the unit. Second - PARKING Issues, there isn’t enough spaces for the amount of units. Third - Vandalism!! Someone (person who resides at the condo complex) damaged our Turo Rental and Spit on our hood. This all had to do with the parking issues. Fourth - Bedroom js located at entrance of unit by a very noisy highway. Unfortunately, This place was not a good Vacation unit for us.

Lage und Aussicht unschlagbar

Das Condo war ausgestattet wie beschrieben, eine perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht und direkt am Strand gelegen. Was nicht ersichtlich war ist, dass das Schlafzimmerfenster an den Laubengängen lag und es leider nicht zu öffnen war. Es war defekt. Auch das Bad hatte kein Fenster, es war also immer sehr feucht im Condo. Das Duschen war auch kaum möglich - ein fest installierter Duschkopf, aus dem so gut wie kein Wasser lief. Ab mittags wurde es etwas besser. Bei der Anreise war es unordentlich und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher fehlten. Da abends um 22 Uhr niemand mehr ans Telefon ging, musste ich alles noch komplett bei walmart besorgen! Nächsten Tag berichtete die Putzkraft, sie hätte es am Vortag nicht mehr geschafft! Trotzdem war die Aussicht unschlagbar, das Condo schön und passend eingerichtet.

The location is very good. The condo was very nice. The carpet in the living room was soiled in several places. That didn't bother us, but just wanted you to know that we didn't do it. Also, one of the hand towels in the bathroom was a bit soiled. Again, no problem. No soap in bathroom or shower, so had to go buy some. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect size for couple

Great location and size for my husband and I to use. The condo complex was well cared for and the condo itself seemed to be cleaned well. It could use some updating and TLC. The carpet was stained in multiple places and the bathroom door didn't close. The seam in the granite counter needs to be resealed to keep out bacteria and germs. The furniture is dated, but served its purpose the limited time we used it. Not sure I would want anyone sleeping on that sofa bed, seemed a bit sketchy to me... The lanai was perfect for whale watching while waiting for the sun to set. The location was perfectly situated to enjoy the island. We would stay here again. The property management company seemed to badger us about towels and linens. Maybe it is a problem, but mention it once and be done. I don't need emails, texts and notes in the condo telling me they will fine me if I don't take care of them.

I loved the location, right in the middle of the island and on the beach. They had everything we needed there. Our only problem was there were a lot of gnats every day.

Great for budget travel

We were a little disapointed. We had booked a stay and then contacted My Perfect Stays requesting to have the dates changed and was granted our request. So months later we had booked our flights and arranged a rental car only to find out that My Perfect Stays had not documented the change and despite many phone calls, they would not give us the dates we had reserved, only a small discount to offset our inconvenience. That required us to reschedule flights which resulted in added costs. In our opinion, this unit would be fine for two people but definitely not 4. We had 3 people for a portion of our stay and the pull out sofa was pretty uncomfortable for 1 person and there was not enough bedding provided nor additional beach towels/chairs for more than 2 so keep that in mind. We found the unit reasonably clean but had some difficulties with finding a place to plug in our cell phones. Most things in the unit were plugged in using extension cords which we believe to be a safety hazard. Also we happened to be there when they were spraying the whole building for pests which was quite an inconvenience and again we felt a safety issue. The view from the lanai was beautiful and enjoyable. For an affordable/budget trip to Maui this place is nice.
