PLUMERIA

Plumeria ligt aan het prachtige Anini-strand, op 3585 Anini Road, op 300 meter van de oceaan, in een chique doch ontspannen woonwijk met het grootste rif op de Hawaiiaanse eilanden. Ons speciale vergunningnummer is SP-2011-23 en ons TVNC-vergunningnummer is 4234 Nabijgelegen attracties zijn onder meer golfen, strandkammen, wandelen, zeilen, kajakken, windsurfen, duiken, snorkelen en vissen. Het is minuten van prachtige winkels en eetgelegenheden in het pittoreske Hanalei Town, en kampioenschapsgolf op de banen in Princeville. De spectaculair ruige kust van Na Pali biedt een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de Kalalau Trail of vanaf een boot. Tunnels Beach biedt zowel de beginnende snorkelaar als de ervaren duiker de ervaring om te zwemmen in een tropisch aquarium vol kleurrijke vissen.

Plumeria heeft een grote suite met een queensize bed, een slaapkamer op de vliering met een ander queensize bed en een hol met een dubbele futon / sofa. Een brede Lanai omringt drie zijden van het huis met een afgeschermde ruimte om te eten en te ontspannen. Er zijn twee badkamers, een met bad en een tropische buitendouche met warm en koud water in de tuin.

Van $ 2500 per week - minimaal 5 nachten. $ 200 schoonmaak en opslag. Prijzen zijn exclusief Hawaïaanse accommodatie belasting.

Beautiful and comfortable home
Better than advertised. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house and yard layout was perfect, especially for sitting on the porch with wind and rain we experienced during our trip. We cooked several meals in and had plenty of kitchen supplies.

We met owner Bill when checking in and talked with owner Mary Ellen by phone when we had a question. Both were friendly and helpful. Nice to know they are a mile away. They did not stop over but would have had we needed them. The house is airy and well designed. Loved the openness and wraparound lanai. Peaceful other than the very early frogs and roosters. Well equipped, comfortable beds, lots of beach items, good water pressure, hot showers. Short walk to Anini Beach. Traditional Hawaii home. Surrounded by lush plants and trees. Great visuals out of every window. Lots of fans. Cooled off at night. Looks much better than the VRBO photos. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay
We had a great stay at plumeria cottage. It was better than the photos. We loved the outdoor shower and beautifully landscaped property. It felt very private. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We loved seeing the ducks, chickens and geckos and hearing the crickets and bullfrogs at night. The kids loved seeing and hearing all the animals. They also enjoyed collecting oranges, which we squeezed to make orange juice. It was very idyllic. Bill was very responsive when we had trouble with the lights at one point. He also was kind enough to transport the kayaks to a very idyllic river near the house. We kayaked up to an amazing waterfall, which was my favorite activity while we were there. The location was perfect, with an easy walk across the street to a perfect swimming beach. We'll be back!

Away from the city noise
This property is away from the city. Great access to the quiet cove across the street and down the road just a bit. The House is charming but needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Would we stay again, yes but would plan our visit a bit different. Kitchen oven did not work, and the upstairs queen bed needs to be replaced. We made friends with the two geckos who live behind the fridge. Again a charming getaway, and very much island life.

Rough start but great stay overall
Our first day in the property was a little rough we came up to the property with the house keepers fighting a swarms of wasps that were in the house. We talked with them and decided to come back in an hour by the time we got back they said they had killed all of the wasps but one which I was ok with wasn’t something I could t handle myself but shortly after they left I discovered there were still about 10 or more flying around the loft area of the house so I spent the first 2 hours upstairs chasing and killing wasps. I’m aware this is a rare situation bad timing really but the more concerning part was that I couldn’t get ahold of the property manager as they were traveling out of country and I was not aware that there sister had taken over so the numbers that I had at the time were not the sisters. It wasn’t till about 3 am that night that the owner responded to my Vrbo message and sent me the sisters contact and they claimed they had sent it before but it did not go through which I can understand but if it was a planned trip they could’ve sent me the sisters contact a week in advanced when Vrbo usually sends check in information. Overall after the first day the property was great very clean and everything you need to have a great time I would definitely stay here again just minus the wasps!

Anini Happiness!
The Plumeria House was perfect for two couples interested in privacy, quiet, and proximity to the water. The layout of the house allowed us our own space as well as multiple areas for gathering (a screened in lanai, wrap-around porch with barbeque, dining table, comfortable chairs and a hammock, and an inviting living room. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. There was a water main break in the area during our stay and the owner came over with cold bottled water and jugs of water we could use if the repair ended up taking a while. (It didn't, but it was really nice to know we had supplies, if necessary)! We would love to stay here again.

Honeymoon Hangout
My wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time here. The house is a traditional Hawaiian home with screens and louvered windows. It was very comfortable and never hot. Bill and Mary Ellen were great hosts. Bill transported the kayak for us so we could visit a local waterfall. Kayaking there was easy, but the walk once you beach the canoe was a little challenging and I wouldn’t recommend it for people who are not in decent shape. The house is across the street from the ocean. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you’re on Anini Beach. There are plenty of beach chairs at the house for 5 people. We cooked breakfast most days and found the kitchen to be well equipped. There’s a new fridge and the grill on the wrap around porch was super clean. It’s a very quiet space and the yard is very spacious with tons of fruit trees. We would definitely stay here again.
