'Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, trouwens in heel het stadje Kimberly is iedereen heel vriendelijk. Een hele mooie luxe kamer met leuke details, niet een standaard kamer. Er was een pantry met een gemeenschappelijke koelkast waar iedereen zijn eigen spullen met naam in kon leggen. Daarnaast was er een koelkastje waar je flesjes water en pakjes sap uit mocht pakken, er was koffie en er stonden heerlijke koekjes. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en ook dit was uitzonderlijk goed, echt lekker brood,...

'Might seem petty but the shower heads are very old and kind of "trickle" out and don't have a full blast spray. Get rid of the tubs and put in big new showers!'

'The unit was clean and acceptable except for the check-in process. With no on site office or person to help, we were lost. I realize there was info online as to how to access our unit , I only had my phone so print was tiny, lock box was not easy to access and to make it worse, it was dusk and raining. Only due to a helpful young man, were we able to get into the building. He was not impressed either.'
