'We spent a very enjoyable week at the villa. It appeared newly built and was very well-equipped with the latest appliances, kitchenware, linens, etc. Although not particularly spacious, the interior was comfortable for two adults. 'The villa is very nice. The pool view is terrific and the porch seating is very pleasant. Kitchen is well enough stoked to feed a family with ample seating. One bathroom (small) was a bit of a challenge and the smallest room has no window, closet, etc. Location is good with good, local restaurants within walking distance, but the hike up/down the hill is steep(ish) if you don't rent a car.
