Lake Huron 4BR Family-Friendly near Downtown Kincardine with Play Area

Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly 4-bedroom home in beautiful Kincardine, just a 2-minute drive to Lake Huron and about a 10-minute walk to downtown. You’ll be close to beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, summer events, and local attractions.

Our home is comfortable, welcoming, and ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay near the lake. We can host up to 12 guests. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heat, and plenty of space to relax.

Families with children will love the backyard play area, including swings, slides, trampoline, play structures, and outdoor space to play and enjoy. Guests can also make use of the gas BBQ during their stay.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars. We have two driveways, and street parking is also allowed in Kincardine during the summer.

Guests can enjoy several outdoor spaces. The back deck includes a full patio set, bar area, and gas BBQ, making it a great place to relax or enjoy meals outside. From the deck, guests can take in the beautiful ravine view that runs along the property, as well as the backyard playground area, perfect for little ones to have fun.

The front deck has two chairs and a coffee table under the shade of a beautiful tree, with additional play space for children. There is also a side balcony connected to the dining room by sliding doors, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold drink in the afternoon or evening.

This is a clean, cozy, and practical family home, not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Lake Huron.
