'Clean, friendly staff '

'Looks brand new, smells clean and is clean, completely non-smoking.'

'The inside of the room was clean. Some areas of inside room were updated. But the beds were a horrible makeshift combo I've never seen before. And moving on them at all made a weird sound like worping sheet metal. The outside is dilapidated. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. It was graduation season and all we could find.'

'The room was clean but the furniture was junk, and it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. But you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. The bed sheets and blankets instead of smell like cigarette smoke. I guess the reason why it was considered a smoke. Free room is because at that particular time, I was not smoking in it. The entire floor that I was on as soon as you walked into the hallway. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. The I guess the AC or whatever was not working downstairs...
