'The ground level views from the room and dining room were spectacular. The flying fox colony didnt worry me too much as a nature lover but I can understand the screeching would have annoyed others. It was very disappointing to not have a hot shower on my last morning. A bit expensive for what you get.'

'Excellent remote location with very friendly staff.
Rooms were roomy but can use some maintenance. Hot water was intermittent at times
Food was mediocre at best for the meal plan price of $130 per person per day, I understand that it is a remote and takes money and effort to get the food here
Dive operation can use some improvements for sure
Lack of boat dock here is a major drawback
They need to build a small dock so that dive operation and guest experience can be better

'The staff were very nice and our bure was nice and clean. However, they fail to mention that they run on a generator and there is no power between 11am and 4pm.
We had an outdoor shower that was nice but couldn't get any water pressure or hot water reliably. Sometimes the water was hot for 30 seconds, sometimes not at all. When you're constantly going into the ocean, you need a reliable shower to wash off the salt and sand.
The restaurant had good breakfast, but no free coffee or tea. The...

'The unit, property and services were simply breathtaking. Great location. We were picked up at the airport, brought to the property, checked in and sitting in the unit all within 15 minutes. The amenities from the resort are easy to use and everyone was very helpful. The unit and grounds were immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone staying in Taveuni.'
