Not now, there's a busy looking pub literally staggering distance away, the ubiquitous Greggs, few other structures the purpose of which didn't register. Very quiet, all I can hear is doves cooing.

The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.'

As a contractor can security is paramount with van theft. So was annoyed to find out that no private parking was available. Room was clean and tidy and warm. And cleaned daily. '

My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The large bed was very comfortable.
