'The bathroom looked like it had mold, the cabinet smelled, and the door did not lock properly ( they did not fix it even when I asked). The pool was nice but other than that there is no appeal.'

'We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum. ' Een goed hotel met schone kamers. Heel vriendelijk personeel waar niet te veel voor is. 's morgens een heerlijk ontbijt. Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is werkelijk adembenemend mooi en in de avond krijg je daarvandaan nog gratis de sound and lightshow. Enige minpuntje is de waterdruk in de douche. Die is er niet '

'They offer a unique location that you will take many photos in jt and excellent services for reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. The gentleman in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. But the only issue is the construction in the street which makes the entrance appear a bit scary. Hopefully this construction will be finished soon enough. The elevator is small but overall works well. '
