'I throughly enjoyed the pool especially with it being 24 hours for adults. The rooms were really nice and the location was convenient. The only negative was they are serious about closing breakfast right at 9 am and we asked for a fork and they wouldn’t give us one because breakfast was closed! '

'This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels!
The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.'

The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue.

'The room was really nice and updated. A few of the floor tiles were cracked and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom but overall it was in good condition. Breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly. '

'The room didn't get cleaned prior. Trash can was still full of trash, and pee stains on the toilet. Also found trash under the beds. Lots of cigarette smoking was going on inside of the place. I was under the assumption it was a smoke free facility. Our room stank so bad of cigarette smoke.
Good parts.... It was quiet, the shower was hot, the beds were pretty comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again though.'

'I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood...
