'Het water van ons toilet bleef lopen. Na een klacht bij de receptie liep er meteen een medewerker mee en die claimde het probleem te hebben verholpen. Dit was niet het geval dus terug naar de receptie en die vroeg meteen of ik een refund wilde. Ik wil gewoon goed slapen en niet met lopend water in de badkamer. Ze vroeg me een uur te wachten voor ze antwoord kon geven of we een andere kamer konden krijgen want zij kon het probleem niet verhelpen. Iedereen was al naar huis en de volgende ochtend...

We were told to keep our kids quiet after 10:00 PM, which we understand and respect. The frustrating part was that several groups of adults continued partying loudly until around 3:00 AM, and the staff never seemed to address the noise. 'I booked this hotel due to it having both a breakfast each morning and that the room was a kitchenette. The breakfast was non-existent as that area was closed off with a sign. The room did indeed have a two burner stove...both burners were dirty but that didn't matter since they didn't work anyway. Basically, while the room was fine as a place to sleep as we went to a Cardinals game and explored the city for a couple of days, the advertisement on the website is false. I think it is wrong...

'This property is always clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts are good. The courtyard is nice to have a drink or sit around the fire pit. However, you need to know that Marriott has started charging $10 a night for parking. There’s no guard there’s no security. they even warned you that they are not responsible for your car. This property is in a business park yet they feel the need to stick it to you with $10 a night Parking.'

The hot tub was nice after a day of walking and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were good size and clean. Decent location right of I-55. I traveled with my 83 year old mother and my husband; we would definitely stay here again.'
