'I had to call maintenance every time the toilet needed flushing, standing there in a towel while a stranger works on the toilet. Also had homeless people hanging around the property making it uneasy to move around evening/night hours. Poor communication with staff. '

'The first room the door wouldn't open with the key card. The attendant had to open the door with her key. The ac unit had broken vents and was full of mold. The towels were filthy along with the room and the tv didn't work. The second room needed towels but it was cleaner than the first one. '
