'Breakfast very bad, cleaning the room had not be done'

'Degelijk hotel. Doet wat het moet doen. Wel vreemde schoonmaakgeur in badkamer. Beetje onprettig. Complimentary breakfast is basic; werd niet voldoende bijgevuld tijdens de openingstijden. Zou er wel weer blijven slapen.'

Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. '

'Room was great. Front desk moved us to first floor without prompting as we were traveling with a toddler. Maintenance promptly fixed the TV issue we encountered. Breakfast options were plentiful and breakfast staff was pleasant and friendly. Bagels were a bit on the hard side. Love the indoor pool and hot tub!'
