'We arrived there and we had to call the reception desk because the front door was locked but everything went smoothly as the person arrived there in 10 minutes. Though, we hadn't any information about breakfast or anything apart from which room was ours. The room itself is ok for the price but the bed could've been a bit comfier and the bathing area a bit bigger so one person can fit normally. The breakfast was amazing! Not only the food was really good but also the service was top level.'

'Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

'Nice stay at Porto Kalamaki, good room, nice balcony, but a very small shower when you're 1.95 m tall. Some furniture around the swimming pool needs an update ( broken parasols and there were to less of them) Very nice and friendly people of the staff. We enjoyed our stay there.'

'Spot was clean and very well put together. Plenty of amenities and the price was a steal. Good deal already and the discount from expedia even better. While i didnt see any daily staff other than the housekeeper, they were quick to respond to any requests even in the ealry early morning when i was locked out of the room.'
