Probleem met toilet werd s avonds laat gefixt en het ontbijt werd op maat aangeleverd. Tips voor het management: het ziet er erg kitsch uit. De gordijnen, het beddengoed in vreselijke kleuren, de ramen zijn kapot, de foto's op de website nodigen niet uit om te boeken.'
