'Annoda's Homes is a quiet getaway in Milimani, Kisumu. The host was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was full of creative surprises once she realized my appetite for healthy variety. This family property is well managed and full of pleasant spaces within the yard for small meetings and just quiet time. It is a place I would certainly return to.'

'Great stay! Rested and relaxed well here.'

'We stayed a week in Vittorias Suites. It was our second time. We were also there shortly after opening of the hotel. During our stay we also booked rooms for our friends. What was disappointing us the most was the lack of social behavior of the staff. Nobody is asking how you are doing; if you check out, no one asks how your stay was; our wishes you a safari salama. The whole staff can use a training on customer care. You dont feel welcome or appreciated. Rooms are quite ok. Big enough. If...

'Clean room, super friendly staff, great restaurant.'

'There are two Metropak Hotels. The images show Breweries one which I presume is modern. I ended up in the other one but was too tired and wary to go to the Breweries hotel '

'This place was definitely not as advertised, it is not family friendly or safe for a foriegner, AND all you have to do is ask any local, i wouldnt stay and they would not give a refund, but if Hotels.com continues to advertise them falsely I will have not only the BBB .. I did take my family to a more reputable place across town'

Prima hotel als je op doorreis bent. We hebben er 1 nacht geslapen met kinderen. Voor een langer verblijf zou ik iets anders zoeken.'

'Clean quiet nice place'

'Wi-Fi available but make sure you ask for the password. We took 4 showers, and only got warm water once. Bed uncomfortable and mosquitoes were bad. '

'I was conned 10k. The hotel does not exist!!'

'This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!!! Bait and switch!!! The property is completely run down, the room was awful, they had a 24 inch computer monitor as a tv (that didn’t work)!!! The net for the mosquitos was dirty. Let’s get to the bathroom, the tiles were worn, cracked!!! The water was cold( was told the hot water WAS on, but was not!!!) The water fixtures came apart!!! The towel were still looking dirty!!! Then there was a huge trail of ants (small ants) by the door...

'Horrendous. Too hot. Falling apart. Infested. '
