• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary.
