Thank you for taking the time to share your opinions! We rank highly on cleanliness based on previous comments. The nature of a bed and breakfast is you are sharing the house with other people. The house is not rented for one client at a time unless you rent it that way. There are three very private suites within the property each located on their own floor. These suites are 1000 square feet and provide total privacy and luxury. All bedrooms are equipped with deadbolts on the door and our main door has a digital code with deadbolt and a secondary deadbolt . The outside of the property is very well lit for customer safety and visual effect. Security cameras are place in common areas and outside all entrances for safety. Its B&B bylaws that owners must live on site , everyone has the added security of knowing we are always on site. We take guest comfort and safety seriously.

We always recommend that the guest reach our before their stay to establish communication , ask any questions, and at that time we can send you check in instructions. A phone with texting abilities is best. After a long day of travel or busy day, it's helpful to have check in instruction at your fingertips .

Thank you for the feedback . when you make a reservation all information regarding our breakfast times and check in and check out are provide. We Post that information on the website as well. We provide the early check in and late check out as a feature guest love when they need a little extra time with us. Check in is pm and check out is 11. Very standard hours. We do need to have se times so we can get the property ready for the next guests within the window from check out to check in. Breakfast houses are between 8 am and 10 am . Earlier than 8 am is self serve.

This house was originally built in 1865. Since the day we opened the door some 20 plus years ago , we have remodelled every inch inside and out. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with jacuzzi.

We appreciate your comments, all perspectives are important. Norfolk Guest House tries to balance the clients individual needs with being environmentally conscious. We provide a guest kitchen on the main floor for all guest to use at any time. In the kitchen we have set up coffee makers and provide a water cooler with glasses beside it . We provide two cabinets full of glasses for guest use one located on each floor. We offer room service breakfast at a cost for those that prefer more options.
