'The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)'

'The house was very spacious, bright, lots of windows which provided lots of natural light. the garage fit two cars and allowed for two others in the driveway. The couch is large enough for six of us to chill, relax and watch a good movie after a day of shopping in Portsmouth. The bedroom rugs are stained and probably should be replaced but the few stains didn't distract from the rest of the house. The beach was gorgeous which is about a 5 minute walk. 'Beautiful property and very clean. In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. 5 min ride to the beach. The hot tub was a wonderful asset in winter. Suggestions to earn the 5th star: The kitchen could use improvement: in absence of a dishwasher a drying rack for dishes would be great to have. We only found 1 wine glass in the cabinets - might be good to restock to a full set of 2 :) The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low, but in the shower it is fine. I would definitely...

The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!'

'I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and other online rentals and this was the best stocked home ever! My better half was able to cook a full birthday meal there!!! Great location! A little dated furnishings but that added to the charm! I would stay here again!'

'A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.'

'Reserved 3 queen beds, got 1 king and 1 queen and a sleeper sofa. King bed was so uncomfortable my wife couldn't sleep in it and moved to couch. '
