'The hotel really needs to be updated. Filthy carpets, flooring needs to be repaired or better yet replaced. The hallways are used for smoking. Dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings. The airco can’t handle the heat in the daytime. It was not comfortable in the daytime. The personnel were very friendly and helpfull. '

'It was hot outside, granted, which is why we have airconditioning. But the airconditioning in the room we had was so weak, the in-room temp did not go lower than 29 degrees. This caused poor sleep. And that for EUR 150 per night. In addition it is not that close to the airport. Do yourself a favour and go to the Art Hotel Milano in Prato, it is 6mins further away, but cheaper and far more comfortable in terms of facilities and airconditioning.'

'Was perfect until we discovered cockroaches. Slept with the lights on. Told hotel and they acted surprised and completely avoided discussing. We found five in two nights. Not sure how many we missed before seeing the first one. '

'During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! '

'Beautiful place for a few night. Nearby Florence and perfect spot to explore surroundings. Beautiful rooms and spectacular view at Florence. Swimming-pool is nice if open. Food is nice with a good selection of quality wine and when lucky you dine private. Staff is kind and really helpful. 5*'

'A great oasis for those who want to visit crazy busy touristic Florence. Clean, comfortable, well equiped, very kind and helpful host [Mattia], comfortable, etc. Far enough from the crazy busy centre and at the same time it is easy to get there. E.g. by tram. Includes private parking place and closed chill-out garden.'

'We arrived late which was no problem. Big room, good breakfast and Very quiet. Bus tickets available at the B&B which was Very useful for us. Would definetly stay again'

'Shoutout PORTLAND OREGON!! Everything was great, no issues. Arrived at 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. No hassle or problems at all. I did the private room for 4 for me n my family. Friendly staff and great drink/food options. They have social gatherings as well for free. Definitely a great area to get all over!'
