'A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...

'I stayed at the Ecletico villa for 10 days and it was fantastic. The building is old and cute. The room was cleaned every day and restocked. I requested it being vacuumed once because I like to do Pilates and I like a clean floor. The breakfast selection was great. I did not go hungry. The staff was very friendly. I needed an Uber ordered a few times and there was no issue. Great place. Highly recommend it. '

My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. "The hotel does not offer what it advertises. I choose it for the outdoor swimming pool ( and therefore opted for this very expensive hotel). on site it turns out I had to pay lots extra to use this pool. They did not clean the room one day (5 star hotel??? you must be joking…)
