'Pittoresque and well maintained hotel with a grand atmosphere. Lovely staff and very helpful and service minded too. Great breakfast with eggs freshly made to your choice and good coffee. It’s location is perfect, you’ll get to see all the ships that enter and leave the city marina and very close to everything worth seeing in zadar. Did I mention the great breakfast?'

'Too old and no elavators'

'Beautiful property right in the middle of town..'

'Al litle bit more money but 10 times beter in everythink'

'Amazing hotel and wonderful staff! Everyone in our group said this was the best hotel of our visit to the Dalmatian coast. Great breakfast (and good coffee)! Great location too - short walk to the promenade, forum, Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.'

'Great building with a stunning view and our host was super kind and helpful.'

'First, let's be clear, this is NOT a hotel. It's a set of apartments on the top floor of what can only be described as a tenement building in need of serious maintenance. The common remark "putting lipstick on a pig" summarizes well. We were a small group so I can only speak to the 3 rooms part of our party had as the others were placed in other buildings. Our location was above a restaurant and the reason it's so hard to find, as other reviewers noted, is because there's a menu stand on one...

'Room was quite nice, only the bathroom had no lock. The room was really small, the bed and 2 tables on the side. Bathroom was big and really nice rain shower. Parking was on the street. Check in is with a code they provide. Free drinks and small snacks.'

'Very hard to find. Hallway very grubby, no lights. Room not overly clean.'

'Great location'
