'Catastrophic check in mix ups, given wrong apartment twice, long waits, then absolutely no equipment in the apartment- not even a single glass or cup, etc'

'Good location by Schoenbrunn. Large space. Pillows are flat and lifeless (only 2) and the bedding leaves you hot or cold.'

'No responses from the so called representatives and I was left stranded in front of the property for 45 minutes before I gave up and went elsewhere. They have still not refunded my money and I am convinced that this is a scam operation'

'I liked the room, the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. The staff was super friendly and responded immediately upon messaging.'

'The staff were exceptional'
