'This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)'

'Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.'

'We had some trouble getting in as the code for the lower door was listed as one thing and then after awhile we were told the correct code. The house is nice and pretty inside. The problem was that we didn’t have hot water the first night and Saturday morning. The repair came in the morning and said that it had been turned off due to cold weather weeks before our visit. The host was kind to work out an agreement with the home owner to make it right. I’m '
