" There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. After mentioning at the reception we are leaving the fist thing presented was a form that we refrain from restitution. "Location was perfect. 5minute walk to beach and any restaurant. And despite that it was not facing any busy street so was very quiet at night. We had to change the room once cus we found mold spots in the bathroom and the new room was still moldy but bearable. Overall amazing and pool was nice"
