'Stunning location ruined by appalling service, poor hygiene, and unprofessional staff Koh Yao Yai Village Beach Resort offers breathtaking views, but fails catastrophically on basic hospitality. Niets is teveel. Respectvol en vriendelijk.'

'Nice hotel but very confusing product.. crazy expensive bar which is ok but without the kids experience.. good breakfast if you have the luck to have an experienced staff.. and management running like chicken and cleaning tables instead of managing.. to be honest this could be a luxury hotel.. and in some parts is just a holiday club at a price of a five star hotel.. so I let you try and make your own judgement '

'Beautiful Property! Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Very grateful for highly professional Team ! '

'The location is great, so many natures. Staff were friendy. But the price of the food is ridiculously expensive. The food was ok. Breakfast was so so, not much variety'
