"Zeer nette hotel met hele vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijt was ook goed. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van Oud Phuket en 7/11 is om de hoek. We kregen zelfs een gratis upgrade naar een familiekamer. "

Dit hotel heeft stijlvolle kamers ze zijn niet heel groot maar wel gezellig, badkamer is functioneel maar niet groot, wel een fijne inloopdouche.
Op de kamer is een kluisje en een klein koelkastje.
Het hotel was heerlijk schoon.
Om de 3 dag krijg je schone lakens, en iedere dag schone handdoeken.
Helaas zaten wij aan de achterkant van het hotel, waar je directe inkijk in de kamer heb van een ander hotel
Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en een ruime zitgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten.
Het zwembad loopt door de gehele tuin, en er staan genoeg bedjes en stoelen, ook is er een handoek-servies.
Aan de voorkant van het hotel is ook nog een bijbehorende beach club waar je vrij gebruik van kan maken.
Op het strand voor het hotel worden strandbedjes verhuur, 200 Baht voor 2 bedjes en een parasol.
Het hotel zit op loopafstand van veel eetgelegenheden en bars
Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de taxi-service van en naar het locale vliegveld, dit is prima geregeld.
Tenslotte, het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpen waar ze kunnen

"A perfect location – right in the heart of all the buzz and liveliness. The hotel is quite large and very much geared towards children and families, which we didn’t realize beforehand.
That said, everything else was excellent: the hotel was spotless, the pools were beautiful, and the food was great. The reception staff could improve their English a bit, but overall the service was fine. Personally, we prefer smaller and more authentic and local accommodations, but objectively, this is a well-run hotel that has everything well organized."

- staff is rigid and lacking any awareness. Most speak no or little English. The rest is probably restricted by rules of the management. The typical “Thai friendliness” is nowhere to be found.
- far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water.
- overall the place feels like the management is lacking (understaffed, not sufficient training, etc) you get the feeling they want to maximize profit instead of your pleasure.

"Very very disappointed..!! Dont get fooled by its 5-star rating, as its nearly a 3-star hotel. If you're looking for a nice 4 or 5-star, I recommend to look further.
Few terrible elements;
- the rooms are completely outdated and urgently need renovation
- the rooms are located up the mountain, impossible to reach the rooms by feet
- because of the low tie, the beach/ sea is dryed up and looks bad
- location is bad, there is nothing to do (see comment on beach), you need transportation
- the room rates are ridiculous versus what you get in return (we wanted to cancel)"
