- far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water.
- overall the place feels like the management is lacking...

'I have now stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It is in a great location, very stylish with chilled atmosphere. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre. A short scooter ride to the beach. Very clean and well run establishment. Lovely staff and all amenities supplied. Large rooms, well set out with very comfortable beds. Rates very reasonable too. I will be stay again for sure. '

'We loved staying at the Aleenta. We had a pool villa which was brand new. High quality interior and the staff was super friendly. It is a secluded area (Phuket is approx 50 min drive if you are looking for a touriat trap) the Aleenta haa 2 restaurants with good food and a lovely spa.'

'Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
