'眺めはすごく良いのでそこは◯。
部屋はペイントするなどリフォームされているが、建物や設備ははかなり古い。
ベッドも私好みではなく、マットはスプリングをすごく感じる構造だった。
エアコンのリモコンが使えない部屋があったり、ドアノブが壊れているところがあったりとかなりガタがきている。エレベーターも相当の年代物。
コンビニは歩いて5分くらい。バス停は目の前だが、車だったため、あまりメリットはなかった。

'Space is laid out well. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. The perfect space for a larger family to spend the night before a day at Universal Studios. Would stay here again.'

'They had a laundry machinen though it only accepts 100 yen coins. The room was clean and they have luggage storage when you come earlier'

'What a fantastic find - this is a beautiful modern, but traditional style apartment. Excellent location, with easy walking access to beach and cafes & bars. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Nice powerful shower too!
The host was great, with excellent communication.
Superb overall. Would highly recommend 10/10'

'Our room was spacious and clean. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Friendly staff. However, if I had to make a suggestion would be to completely get rid of the smoking room in the lobby. It’s right next to the laundry room and elevator. It’s unavoidable to smell it in the hallway as space is limited.
Free laundry room was nice - one tip would be to wash clothes in the machine then transfer it to the dryer. The drying function in those combo washers never worked well.'
