'We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. '一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。'
