'We used google translate to communicate but they were very kind and friendly hosts. Room service was excellent. Overall decent for the price you pay'

'Otel çok güzeldi, her yer gayet temizdi. Mutfakta her türlü gereç vardı. Sadece kahve yapmak istemiştik ancak kahve makinesi bozukmuş ve cezve de yoktu. Bu problem dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin havuzu da tertemizdi. Klor seviyesi de idealdi. Otelin konumu biraz tepede kalıyor ama manzarasına baktığımızda kesinlikle değiyor. Ayrıca görevliler, ilk giriş yaparken valizlerimizi otele taşıyarak bize yardımcı oldular. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. Herkese burayı öneririm.'

'I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. He helped us with the hot bath and sauna. This facility is great to have in the same place so we didn’t need to go outside. The city is like a village and very nice and friendly people.
