'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '

'We were vendors for the Annual Crab Fest. The house was a short drive to the harbor/Crab Fest. The location has a beautiful partial water view from the yard. The house was spacious and comfortable for all our needs. My husband and I stayed in the master suite. We had to call the property owner to figure out how to turn the shower on, (too fancy for us to figure out). She was very responsive and helped us out in less than an hour. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. I would choose to stay...

'Check-in and out were seamless. The property is as described and very comfortable for our family group. All three beds were very comfortable. Being just steps away from Mill Bay was great! We loved being able to go the the beach there daily. Very quiet location with easy access to everything the Island has to offer. Perfect place to spend a week on my 60th Birthday bucket list trip. '

'This is the second time our family has stayed at this wonderful home. The setting is unbelievably beautiful with views of the beaches and sunrises through big windows or on the wrap around deck. There is a path with salmonberry bushes on either side leading to private beach access. We enjoyed beach combing and berry picking daily. We caught cod, flounder, halibut, rock fish and more taking the kayaks out into the bay on two different days. The bedrooms are cozy, the kitchen well stocked, living...

'The host provided very quick responses to any questions I sent, along with very clear instructions regarding the property. The home is very well stocked with anything you could need and is very nicely set up with the amount of beds, linens, towels, etc. Highly recommend. '
