They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!'

'Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead'

'I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...

'Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit.'

'The rooms are absolutely amazing and unbelievably beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and traditional. They also provided traditional robes, socks, and sandals to wear to breakfast. There is not a lot of dining options around or much to do. If you have time, take a taxi to the bel-air park. I will definitely visit again. '

'Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. '
