'The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had great amenities! The staff was super helpful, friendly and nice. The food at the restaurant was incredible. I especially want to say that Zack at the concierge desk was beyond helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back!'

'Fantastisch hotel perfecte service werkelijk 5 sterren waard.erg mooie compleet ingerichte kamers, allemaal met zeezicht. Ontvingen gratis upgrade voor luxere kamer. Alle gewenste voorzieningen op kamer of in hotel aanwezig om verblijf compleet te maken. Ontbijt was super compleet maar de perfecte service van staff maakte dit elke ochtend een compleet feest. Ondanks groot hotel was staff al na 2 dagen bekend met wensen vwb soort koffie of gewenste zitplaats in restaurant, Groot schoon zwembad,...

Only downsides- I wish there is full fresh juice bar as in Hua Hin, massage therapist (they are finishing spa) and I feel a bit embarrassed to wait until waitress check if I am not steal 10 dollars wardrobe - not sure but I was a bit so-so. 'We really enjoyed our stay in Ban chang st the Hideaway. Hotel was great nearly new and was spotlessly clean. The staff could do enough to help and the food was good. Great pool! They also have a tuk tuk to take you a bit further a field at your request. Thanks for the great experience! '
