'The Knossos Bungalow Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The staff at the beach and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The menus at both restaurants are good, but not exciting enough to have lunch or dinner there every day. The beach snack bar is a good alternative, but the variety is also quite limited. 'De ligging is fantastisch, direct aan zee. Een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. De kamer was iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De manager, Voula, van het restaurant was zeer aardig en behulpzaam.. Het eten in het restaurant is goed en iedere dag een andere keuze. Ook het personeel achter de bar was iedere dag zeer positief en aardig. Het enige dat verbeterd moet worden is de airco. Deze moet nodig vernieuwd worden. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad.'
