We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family vacation! Having both my family and my cousin’s family together, we were thrilled to discover this gem was just a short stroll from multiple beaches. The community itself is wonderful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the penthouse unit - complete with our own private elevator access!The kitchen was a dream for family meal prep, with a spacious counter that easily accommodated all our groceries and cooking needs. The dining table was perfectly sized for our large group. The thoughtful amenities blew us away - from plenty of towels and a convenient toaster oven to every utensil we needed. The waffle maker was such a delightful surprise that had the kids excited for breakfast. You can tell the owner has truly thought of everything a family might need for a fantastic vacation.One of our favorite features was having private lanais on each room! The large lanai overlooking the pool became my happy place where I enjoyed while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. But the crown jewel was definitely the ocean-view lanai with its comfortable seating area - we spent countless evenings there soaking in the most breathtaking sunsets Kauai had to offer.The beach amenities were incredibly generous and convenient - chairs, table, umbrella, toys, and a cooler with a wheeled cart made our beach days effortless. With three kids in tow, having everything we needed right at our fingertips was invaluable.

Beyond memorable

The south side location is great as it seems to be so sunny compared to other island locations. The penthouse is perfect and so comfortable. The lanai facing the ocean with the couch perch is hard to leave and a gem in itself. The pool and hot tub are so convenient and never overcrowded. The walking paths and beaches close by are fun to just go watch the sea turtles. The grounds are kept beautiful and staff very friendly. Thank you for sharing such a tastefully decorated and beautiful home. Will come back again.

Beautiful property near beach

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were within easy walking distance to the beach and we had a nice view of the ocean from parts of the home. The interior was outstanding, the decor, the condition of the furniture and appliances were all top notch. The only minor issue we had was that the bedrooms were never as cool as the main areas of the home and that our GPS didn't bring us to the right parking lot, otherwise a great stay.

Incredible villa & location

My family and I, all adults, stayed at this stunning villa for 5 days. We had an amazing time, the living space and many terraces are great, fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. I was on crutches recovering from surgery and the elevator to the suite as well as the pool and gym were great. Proximity to beaches, parking and all of the visitor information was great. Would return in a heart beat. Thank you so much!
