Bijzonderheden:
- Voor mei - augustus 2019 zijn de reserveringen inclusief het lidmaatschap voor het strand van Poipu, Atheltic Club. Onze gasten hebben exclusieve toegang tot een breed scala aan clubvoorzieningen, waaronder tennis, basketbal en pickleball en het zwembad in resort-stijl met waterglijbaan. Geniet van een fitnessles of een verkwikkende training in de cardio- en gewichtsruimte, gevolgd door een verfrissende duik in het zwembad.

Hale Maluhia Maikai is een luxe, groen gebouw met centrale airconditioning aan de zonnige zuidkust van Kauai. Het heeft designmeubels en een smaakvolle inrichting. Ruim en licht met twee verdiepingen en een open loft met gewelfde plafonds.

"Als drukbezette professionals wilden we een echte ontsnapping uit onze dagelijkse bezigheden ... een plaats die een verlengstuk was van ons huis ... een plek die warm en uitnodigend is. Toen we onze condominium op maat maakten, deden we dat precies ... het eiland flitst met een vleugje thuis. We wilden ons thuis voelen en we willen dat onze gasten zich ook thuis voelen ... een plek om herinneringen te bewaren. Ik persoonlijk houd ervan om op de voorste Lanai te zitten en mijn ochtendkoffie te nemen ... Ik luister naar de vogels die fluiten en voel de zachte eilandbries van de palmbomen die wiegen ... en ik laat alle dingen uit mijn gedachten verdwijnen. Ik vind mezelf op de Lanai lezen, ontspannen, eten ...... genieten van het leven. " (Yvonne / eigenaar)

Er is een grote slaapkamer op het hoogste niveau met een eigen Lanai, grote inloopkast en meester bad met dubbele wastafel, jacuzzi en inloopdouche met dubbele douchekoppen. U vindt ook een tweede slaapkamer (2 Twins kunnen worden gecombineerd in King) op dit niveau en een tweede badkamer. De keuken is op maat kasten, granieten toonbanken, Subzero koelkast en roestvrij stalen apparaten. De bovenverdieping beschikt over een groot loftgedeelte met een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer.

Het interieurontwerp werd gedaan door de lokale ontwerper Sara Lambson, die de individuele smaak van de eigenaars verwerkte om hen een uniek Hawaiiaans huis te geven. We hopen dat je er net zo van geniet als zij.

Uitgerust met Indoor wasmachine / droger deze populaire Regency Villas vakantieverhuur is perfect gelegen in Poipu Kai Resort met toegang tot de Poipu Kai zwembad *, hot tub en tennis en omringd met tropische landschapsarchitectuur. De villa is een mooie 5 minuten lopen langs de groene weg naar het wereldberoemde Poipu Beach Park kunt u ook de groene gordel 5 min in de tegenovergestelde richting naar Scheepswrakken strand een van de Grand Hyatt Kauai te vinden.

* Vanaf eind april 2019 is de communitypool niet toegankelijk voor 3-4 maanden vanwege noodzakelijke reparaties.

The condo was beautiful and spacious for six adults and centrally located for outside activities. And two beaches, a swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts and a few restaurants all within walking distance was very convenient, especially with only one rental car. We would stay at this condo again.

This is a beautiful condo and beautifully designed. It's a 15 min walk to the beach. It was clean and very well maintained. I truly recommend it. However, there are a lot of fees charged by State of Hawaii (18%), 7% by the mgmt. company and 14% by VRBO. Outside of that, it is a great place.

I shared with the manager that the information that the property is located on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs to enter the unit was missing from the description. Everything else was as described. Great family vacation location.

This property was excellent! It is well maintained, very clean, spacious and a great layout for families and groups. The location is excellent, It is nearby several restaurants, shops, beaches and it was also easy to access the airport and other parts of the island. The check in/check out process was smooth, we had a couple questions during our stay and was able to immediately get in touch with someone to help us out:) I would highly recommend!!

The condo feels like a home away from home. The location is a very pleasant walk to Brennekes beach along the greenbelt of properties or down the hill through the neighborhood. The walk to Shipwreks is a little longer but just as easy along a path toward the Hyatt. It wasn't needed for the distance, but having a beach cruiser would have made it even more adventurous for our teenagers. The house has everything you need from bath products to kitchen supplies. Just add groceries and fresh coffee and you are golden. It was a rainy week which increased humidity outside but a perfect temperature in the condo. Parking was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The location was just as indicated in the listing and all that I had hoped for. Close proximity to the ocean, pool and spa. I have been to Kauai several times and this condo met all of my wishes and expectations. The furnishings were wonderful and very comfortable and I am looking forward to next year. Quiet, clean and all amenities were just as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out. Spent each night at the large dining table playing card games and dominos. Excellent location to the beach. A bit of a walk when lugging all the beach accessories. A wagon would have been great to have. Pool was a good distance away from the condo, but we did enjoy it. Great restaurant/bar within walking distance so we took advantage of their happy hour several times. Fun food trucks around for a variety of meals. We loved Kauai and look forward to exploring again - would stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Walking distance even for young kids to three different beaches and the pool. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. The house was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Gorgeous sunsets! Turtles on the beach! What more could you ask for?
