De villa's van Poipu Kai zijn de nieuwste en meest luxueuze ontwikkeling binnen Poipu Kai Resort, gelegen aan de zonnige zuidkust van Kauai! Unit C110 is een luxe begane grond 3 slaapkamer 3 badkamer op de begane grond, met meer dan 1.600 vierkante meter aan leefruimte en een grote Lanai met uitzicht op de prachtige Poipu Greenbelt. Het heeft twee ruime slaapkamers, met kingsize bedden, een eigen badkamer en voldoende kastruimte. Een derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een extra vrijstaande complete badkamer.

Deze elegante villa ligt in de buurt van de Poipu Greenbelt, met zijn geplaveide loopbrug die leidt naar enkele van de mooiste stranden aan de zuidkust van Kauai. Maak een wandeling van 3 minuten naar Brennecke's Beach om de zeeschildpadden te bekijken of om boogieboarding en lichaamssurfen van wereldklasse te doen. Of ga 5 minuten in de tegenovergestelde richting voor snelle toegang tot het Grand Hyatt Resort en Shipwrecks Beach. Beautiful and comfortable home that had all we needed to share good family times. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping space for all. Pool was awesome fun for kids and I did laps most days. This was a great place to stay while we spent 10 days in Kauai with our teenagers. The space is roomy and updated. Location is ideal! Super easy walk down to the beaches in either direction on the greenway path. We especially like the ground floor option for easy of just getting out to the beach. The large patio was filled with all the beach going gear. The pool and hot tub was used a lot at night when we were done with our adventures for the day. The kitchen was well appointed and have just about everything we needed to cook, plus the pool grill were great too.

Great location and wonderful villa. Gym was closed for the duration of stay. Easy walk to the beach, really appreciated the wagon and beach gear (inc. toys, chairs, pool noodles, cooler, boogie board and more!) Excellent Property

Everything was excellent from booking to checking out. Property owner really went all out on the amenities of this condo. We especially liked the well appointed kitchen with every thing we needed. We also really liked having a washer and dryer to use. The Lanai was great and had all the ocean gear to use. The master bath was amazing! I cannot say enough about our stay here. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Great vacation with adult children

Check in was easy. Location to beaches and a few restaurants was excellent. We used the green belt for hikes/running. Lots of room for 6 adults (2 couples, 2 other adults) to sleep, eat, and relax. Unit supplied with everything we’d want plus lots of extras (like sandwich bags, beach equipment, lint roller, aloe, etc). Only downside was there isn’t assigned parking and there were a few times we took the last spot with someone trying to come in behind us. Would definitely stay here again!

Miss Being There Already

We made this place our home for 16 nights! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen the location is fantastic as it is in the corner of building C which means your patio is not facing the pool. We loved being able to get up have breakfast and walk down to Poipu beach the accommodations, amenities and location made this place ideal. It is for families with kids we enjoyed the pool the green lawn where my boys kicked the soccer ball while we grilled. The BBQ’s were spotless they keep the grounds impeccably clean. I used their business center and gym I felt I was at a resort while having the comforts of home. We made several friends during our 2 plus weeks there. I appreciated how responsive Stephen was and the assistance received from Kat during our stay. This vacation for our family was one we will never forget. God willing we will be back soon. Thank you.

Upon arrival condo was clean. But quickly found all furniture and all beds were extremely uncomfortable and very old! The primary bedroom king bed literally sounded and felt as if it would collapse at any time, and the noise from just sitting on the mattress could be heard throughout condo. The beds are in need of new mattresses and entire condo in desperate need of new furniture. The dining table chairs smelled so bad and felt dirty when sitting on them. The dishwasher leaked, the washer and dryer would not start at times. The smoke detector did go off periodically during visit and in the middle of night but then would stop so when the maintenance guy came it wasn’t beeping then. Then of course started right after he left again after changing batteries. Overall the whole condo needs refurbished. I’m sure when it was built it was very nice, but you can tell the condo has not been kept up and maintenance only minimally done. The location is lovely, and the complex is very nice. Although the key fob for the pool is strange as you can’t get out of pool area without key fob to let yourself out and no bathroom facilities at pool so it was constant getting up to allow other guests in your party to get out or get in. Kauai always beautiful, but can not recommend this particular condo and would not stay here again.

5 Days in Paradise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely and comfortable home. This unit is on the end of the building on the ground level. This allows the visitors to experience the beautifully landscaped grounds when sitting on the lanai.We all enjoyed the beautiful pool which is perfect for young and old.
