'We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. A good amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Overall, the house was great! Well finished, bright and beautiful. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular, and the decks were safe for our 18 month niece. The property was located a few mile out of town, the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. Thanks so much for letting us stay, we loved it!'

'Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time'

'Very nice place to stay. Beautiful sunsets and view from the Lanais. Close to Kailua Kona. Great place to relax and cool down after long days at the beach. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beach equipment and a washer and dryer were helpful. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The unit was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. It was so nice having a washer/dryer for our scuba diving trip. The tenant on the first floor was extremely quiet (we barely knew she was there!). The kitchen is well equipped and there was bottled water in the fridge on our arrival. All the appliances worked fine. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Internet was good. Lots of towels and a comfy couch to stream TV. The only downside are the wild chickens which are all over the...

'We stayed for three days and really enjoyed the neighborhood, park, and proximity to the ocean. The neighbors were the only downside. There was a massive party on our first night and so we were not able to sleep very well. Party was less than a second night and happily quiet on the third night.'

'This little cottage was great for a couple - wonderful back yard with great lounges and a perfect place to relax, enjoy the ocean, and watch whales. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few kitchen supplies like oil or seasonings and maybe foil or wrap. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again!'

'It was a very spacious house. The living room/kitchen were very large. There were two bedrooms. The location is great very close to a great snorkeling spot. There were lots of supplies we could use. We were very happy with the fresh fruit, the delicious cookies, the juice and eggs. It was a bit warm in house but with the fans and the air conditioning it cooled down soon! We had a very good time!'

The fact that you have a pool within arms distance and access to two private beaches we couldn’t have asked for anything better! 'We are repeat guests of this lovely home. We appreciate the beach toy amenities, access to BBQ and use of well stocked kitchen, and location to beaches, resorts, and groceries. There is nothing more we could ask for from our hosts other than accepting our request again for next year.'

'We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....

'Dolphin Manor was a perfect getaway for the women in our family! We all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The view was stunning, the house is well equipped and we enjoyed every minute!'

'Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort '

'We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again.'
